  the staff were friendly and made our stay an enjoyable one. I would go back to this hotel if I ever need to. Well done and thanks - Complimentary toiletries - very important now that they can't be taken in hand luggage on board planes. Very helpful manager.

  We got a fantastic deal for the room through letsbookhotel.com paying £70 for the night. However, I do not think the usual price at £110 is good value for money. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location being only a short distance from the town centre. The spa facilities were great and the staff were extremely friendly... what people say » and accommodating. I had expected the food to be more gourmet however it was very reasonably priced. The service in the restaurant could have been sl - Easy to get to & not far from Silverstone Race Track where my daughter was running the 1/2 marathon. The Leisure facilities were very good & we all enjoyed a good swim in the pool. Breakfast was fantastic! Will stay again next year for the 2014 Half Marathon.

  Very friendly, polite, helpful staff. This hotel is clearly busy but I received fantastic service at all times - reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. Room and bathroom big and very clean and bed very comfortable. Excellent place to stay and especially at such good value.   I booked the 5 day/4 night stay for a surprise to attend the British Grand Prix for my husband's 40th birthday & our twin boy's 15th birthdays and the hotel staff went out of their way to make it extra special and put balloons & banners on our door and in the room & also goody bags for the boys plus a yummy chocolate cake !! Can't wait for next year....... - We loved the quad room, allowing all four of us to stay in the same room. The shower was lovely.   Anna and Jodie at reception were exceptional. The morning breakfast was abundant and very good, while keeping with the concept of a traditional full English breakfast. The public areas were clean and had a modern look while keeping the historic details intact.
