  It is not often that a hotel meets all of one's expectations - but Deer Park did! I had taken my mother away for a short break in a country hotel and the hotel was perfect for us. The staff in particular made us feel special and welcome- they were upbeat and cheerful and seemed to have time to ensure we were happy. A perfect 3 night stay! - The food was genuine with the exception of the orange juice for breakfast which was obviously out of a carton. Freshly squeezed orange (or grapefruit) would have been in keeping the the rest of breakfast and the other meals.The overall ambiance was excellent and the guys on the reception desk were well above the average and the hotel offered to prepare any meal if there was nothing on the menu to suit and offered Gluten free food. Great grounds and the river bank walk idyllic.
