The blonde girl serving on the bar was fantastic, very helpful and looked like she actually enjoyed her work. The fact she is gorgeous as well is just a bonus!. Hotel receptionists very helpful. Great to have frequent bus transfer to the terminals and rail station.In particular the restaurant run by susan she and her staff were excellent. It was a good hotel near gatwick and was reasinably priced.

The hotel restaurant food was really poor for dinner. Ok for breakfast.Waiting to get served at the bar was a minor problem enjoyed by a few guests on the night of our stay. I think the bar is expensive - £22 for two GandTs and two pints and an orange. I realize the no smoking law is in affect but smokers have no place to go except in the rain outside, butt huts should be made for smokers complete with ashtrays built into the benches. open fronts but a roof to protect from the rain,. Extra charge for WiFi, and for making calls on calling card in the rooms. A face cloth in the bathroom would be nice.Breakfast: coffee was served with milk in rather than separate and was very weak. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and when I booked the shuttle to the airport, I was not told there was a charge. Luckily I still had some local currency to use, but the desk folks should be sure they let people know there is a charge and exactly how much it is.The standing charge of £1.85 for to withdraw cash from the atm.
