  Did we get value for money? Absolutley ... it's a very small hotel and very friendly, we had a room at the rear of the hotel overlooking the garden and it was both quiet and comfortable.   I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. The little terrace out the back was adorable, I only wish I could have come when it was warmer. It's a 10-15 min walk to the station then 12 mins to oxford cir... what people say » cus. Not ideally located but it was so cheap who cares. I'll definitely stay here again. - Great communications with the one welcoming me. She was very nice. Also helped at night when I forgot the code to get in and everyone inside ignored me. Clean and nice. Nice kitchen, I did not use it, but it was nice. Also had a great sunroom and a patio in the back. Will most definitely stay here again.

  Maggie was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotlessly clean, with a nice atmosphere. There are great facilities if you are planning on staying for a few days - a lovely kitchen, washing machine, even a patio and barbecue. It's a very short walk to Tottenham Hale tube/rail, so relatively easy to get into central London (although I fe... what people say » lt a bit vulnerable travelling back there late at night on my own.) The single room I had was tiny but was decorated nicely and is all you need for a - Guest house is spotless and I mean completely!! Maggie was lovely and friendly. I was working at King's Cross and this location was perfect for me as its only 15 mins on the tube from Tottenham Hale to KC. Rooms small but functional. Double bed was comfy. The kitchen had all the utilities you would require if maybe staying for a few days. Garden was lovely and table and chairs are covered by a canopy (perfect for smokers). I didn't hear any noise after 2230. I would definitely stay here again e

  The interior of the hotel and rooms was clean, modern, and efficient. The hotel is not spectacular, but cleanliness and facilities were better than I expected. The attached pub is decent. Seven sisters underground is not far, and there are few other options in the immediate area. In all this hotel was better than I expected

  I love this hotel because the receptionist was very friendly; we asked for a kettle (since they do not provide one in the room) and also a bowl for us to make instant noodle, and she did not hesitate to provide those for us. She also provide us room at the lower level since we brought huge luggage. Although the underground station was 10 minutes f... what people say » ar from the hotel (by walking), you can always hop onto any bus number from the underground tube (but make sure to take the bus from the opposite road - Very good price, extremely friendly and helpful staff, big and clean bedroom (much bigger than I thought). It's not even too far from the centre of London (even if the hotel is in Zone 3) and you have a tube station that you can easily reach by foot. I don't think you can find something much better at this price.
