Location is excellent; on the doorstep of the city, yet away from the hustle and bustle, especially during the Festival, and immediately adjacent to Queens Park and Arthurs Seat for jogging/walking. Flats are well fitted out and have everything you need. Staff are extremely courteous and friendly.
Great apartment. Modern,stylish,luxury. Perfect location for our needs. It had everything we needed, shop, bars, sights all very close but flat quiet and sunny. Great terrace to sit out on in the sun. Perfect - we will book again. all reviews »
The location near the Parliament was excellent. The apartment was quiet and very well equipped. Would stay there again because its location was so good and it was good value for money.
Incredible apartment, two big bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dining room. A huge flat much more than a hotel. 5 minutes from Royal Mile, pubs. Excellent.

The TV remote had no batteries but thankfully we didn't watch much TV as our holiday was so good.
Wifi did not seem to work that well.
The heating seemed to be on at night which made it very warm.
It´s more than a hotel, if you look for a classic hotel with receptionist, restaurant... this is not for you. There´s not staff.
No reception on site, but everything went well after we called.
There wasn't anything that we did not like.
Have not found a street café for breakfast coffees or evening stroll yet.
Carpets looking grubby due to colour but were vacumed , also wardrobe doors were de laminating . But over all brilliant .

The dishwasher wasn't working and I would have preferred a double
bed which is what we had ordered in Dreamhouse before we were moved to
the Holyrood Aparthotel.
Building has no reference to Dreamhouse on the outside and we walked up and down street looking for dreamhouse.

Cleanliness and overall upkeep of the apartment wasn't great. Carpets felt dirty. One of the blinds was in disrepair and there was hair in the shower. Kitchen was clean.
CHECK IN DIFFICULT AS YOU HAVE TO ARRIVE AT A VERY SPECIFIC TIME AND DELAYS CAN HAPPEN. THE APARTMENT WAS BASICALLY CLEAN BUT WINDOW BLINDS WERE DIRTY AND MOSTLY DID NOT FUNCTION. WIFI DID NOT WORK. 2 WINDOWS WOULD NOT CLOSE.
The heater facility is not good... The one in main bedroom doesn't work in the first day during our stay.
No staff on premises, very little information in apartment.
the original apartment was dreadful, we were changed to a better room on the 2nd night.
