  Excellent rates and genuinely nice staff and very helpful. Very easy to get to.No complaints. The plug sockets needed lifting a little as some charger plugs can be a difficult large size but it did not cause a problem and staff were very nice and charged my phone for me and said the plugs were going to be lifted. Excellent staff. - excellent locati... what people say » on, perfect for the NEC where i was exhibiting, rooms where very impresseive more like a city centre hotel than a motorway hotel. located north bound but this is clear in directions, I had Exec room which had fridge and coffee machine, also liked the free view TV very good hotel with great service
