I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room. The owner was very nice and the decor was lovely. It is easy access to a bus route which runs to either the tube or Heathrow Airport Terminals 1,2,3 and 4. Recommend that information for Terminal 5 be added to directions to and from Heathrow. It is easy to take the bus Hatton Cross underground station to go to Terminal 5. I liked the convenience of the hotel to the sightseeing I planned to do,as well as the hotel price.

Some nice pictures on the walls of our room were missing.The little number of openable windows or circularion of air in the room on a hot day. staircase too steep (not easily changed!); breakast area and tables a little cramped. only minor points -- staff not always around when you needed them, tv reception not the best. The bedroom for three was very small. Terrace was a bit noisy at night when trying to sleep, but otherwise fine. too noisy on the first night, the carpet needed cleaning , too much dust. checking out at 11 was a little early after a late night!!. Breakfast was moderate but not great; and the hotel was a little noisy as it is right on the street.No decaffeinated tea or coffee. Breakfast not freshly made. Tinned rather than fresh tomatoes. The breakfast wasn''t great, but ok value for the money.My room was not sound proof, i was bit disturbed from noises in adjecaent kitchen. Constant noise from the radiators was very annoying and prevented a good night's sleep.Very basic facilities. Lady serving breakfast tried hard, but had some difficulty understanding English. Room was very small. The hotel was over priced . staff seemed surprised when you arrived and wanted to have a shower before going out as you had been on the road for 7hrs and wanted to get in you room as it was 12;30pm ; No Thankyou on leaving having just paid out aot of money to them .Breakfast was a fryup from hell nowander people moan about English food. The stairs were difficult for a disabled person. We had already asked for a ground floor room when booking. It was a bed and breakfast, room etc was tatty. Waiting staff- did not communicate-when spoken to- no response Bacon for breakfast could not be eaten like cardboard. The room was not serviced on Sunday - not a problem, had we been informed. The linen on the bed was woefully inadequate; the bed not made up correctly either. the pubic hair in the plug hole from the previous occupants. The Breakfast was just pathetic, one piece of bacon, one small sausage, tinned mushrooms, cold and loads of baked beans. Not once did anybody ask how anything was...There was no shaver point in my room so I had to go to my meeting unshaven! I asked a member of the staff if they had a shaver adaptor, but this didn't seem to be possible. There appeared to be only one member of staff available in the morning and she was unable to cope with the number of customers for breakfast. I had to leave without any!!!. the breakfast was the worst full english I've ever had! the room, although clean was very shabby. My supply of tea, coffee and milk was never replenished in the 3 days i stayed, in fact my room was not serviced atall in that time. If this had been a cheap hotel I could have understood, but for what they were charging it was really poor.Bedroom Very poor. Two electric sockets not secure on their fixings (not quite hanging off but nearly). Huge cracks in the ceiling some above the bed. Cracked window that did not close properly. It looked as if the carpet/skirting behind the beds had not been cleaned for some time. Carpet threadbare. Curtains poor and hard to draw. Breakfast poor. small cluttered room, noisy on the ground floor. Cheap tv system positioned too high up with poor reception. poor breakfast service. Booked room for £60 online but then receptionist tried to charge £65 on arrival.Miserable polish staff let this hotel down. Breakfast room very cramped.Room smelt really really smoky. We had booked a non-smoking room; whenwe asked to move rooms, we were advised that all room are non-smokingand someone must have just been "naughty" in that room. The smoke wasreally stale, as if someone had been smoking a lot over a period of time. Noise in reception at night with people talking, 2nd night managed about three hours sleep, pipes in bedroom noisy, Breakfeast small considering advised full english. The room. I am working for a cruise line and went around the world for last 7 yeras but at the price I payed the room was very very poor. The bed makes noise eachtime you rotate in, the matress is too used and the backpain in the morning was the result. The TV chanels are not set on TV. The bathroom was dirty. I had better hostels than this hotel. Will not return there. . room was not ready. The room was not ready on arrival. When I booked the hotel I questionedwhether it would be ready by 12.00 - it was not ready by 1.00pm. Thetoilet in the room was hardly big enough - I had to sit at an angle onthe loo! The breakfast was described as "full english" - it was not - Ihad asked for the full breakfast minus the beans; I got one with nobacon and with beans!. dirty headboards, was not a double room but two singles together, shower curtain as a curtain in the bedroom. A noisy B&B with very awkward beds. Not worth the money. Room dark, quite tatty, no bedside lamp, stairs appallingly steep, shower terrible, did not have cooked breakfast but milk for cereal warm and toast practically white!.
