Centrally located. Spacious, bright, modern apartment. Small supermarkets are near the apartment which is handy. It's nice to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the people in the street below. I would recommend asking for a front facing room as the rear of the building faces another building and does not have a view. The Bristol Hop-On Hop-Off tourist bus stops directly out front of the building.
Upgrade to one bedroom apartment was just £7.20 per night and gave a lot more room and was a real joy to stay in. Nice little kitchen fully equipped
TV in lounge and in bedroom.
Take your own DVD's as there's a playerand also an iPod/ iPhone speaker dock.
Plenty of sockets to plug in sell your gadgets!.
I really enjoyed my stay at SACO last month, the staff were excellent, my room was superb and the location for the hippodrome was spot on literally across the road and having secure parking was a very welcome added bonus. I will definitely be booking again in the next couple of months.
Very well appointed and tastefully furnished. Great modern decorated rooms. Just about everything you could possibly want including dishwasher tablets, utensils etc. Amazing location for Millennium Square, Cabot Circus Centre and the general harbour side development.

The space was great modern clean with a perfect location staff were friendly and helpful will stay again and already looking at sister apartments in and outdside the UK. Wont stay in a Bristol hotels again as long as Saco has rooms.
The room was decorated and fitted to a very high standard, very clean and well maintained.
I loved that even though it was self catering, they still provided fresh milk, bottled water, tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits at no extra charge!.
Clean modern accommodation with lots of facilities E.g dishwasher, and
nice little complimentary extras. Very central to Bristol's shops,
theater and hospital. Will defiantly stay there again. Teenage
daughter's loved it too.

Very large double room with full kitchen facilities, washing machine… everything you need. We didn't use much as we were only there for a night, but for a longer visit I'd definitely stay here again.
Great location. High quality furnishings and fittings and everything that you need. Great bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful front of house staff. Secure (and free) underground area for cycles.

We were looking for a hotel but decided to try Sasco , we thought the whole experience was fantastic ! We will struggle to stay in hotels after this . We loved it !.

Great place, right in the middle of the city. There was tea and coffee and a pint of actual milk in the fridge (so much better than those little carton things!).

Lots of stag and hen parties in the bars/clubs surrounding the area. Can be noisy at night with drunken revellers.
Bed could be more comfortable.
The balcony needs chairs.
The balcony floor needs to be sealed not slatted as if its been wet all the water from above drips through on your head!!.
Hard to find fault apart from a few minor issues such as button missing from toilet flush in the bathroom and the bathroom sink taking forever to empty. Also stayed on a extremely hot weekend and the fans provided could not keep us comfortable. Air Con would have made the stay perfect.
It can be a bit stuffy in the sun as no a/c and also very hot in corridors lift etc.
They are using pictures from a 2 bed apartment to show a studio so don't be fooled. A studio is very small and no balcony! The best rooms are 71 and 72 on the 9th floor with plenty of room and a large balcony with Table and chairs - no others have this, no matter what the pictures show!! Great place to stay though...
71 appartments and only 15 car parking spaces. You have to book very early to stand a chance of getting one. Local NCP is not far but adds £20,00 to your cost and my concern was car security.
On two occasions during our stay we shared a lift with SACO staff, we tried to make conversation but they wouldn't even acknowledge us. At first we thought they didn't speak English....but it turned out they were English!!!.
Car Parking - if you can't get into the SACO's limited car availability this is a problem in a big city. We would book earlier next time to avoid not being able to book at the apartment block.
City centre can be a bit noisy late at night.
Bristol streets are a nightmare and because there is no parking in front of the apartment building we needed to telephone to find out how we could enter. It would be helpful to identify in advertising that drop off is at the back of the apartment building.

Hickup with check out times, that let the apartment down, but was
handled exceptionally well by the manager.
This won't be believed by all but we stayed in apartment 9 and both myself and my young niece saw a ghost in our room in the middle of the night...if it wasn't a ghost if was an intruder but the apartment appeared to be very secure...

I wouldnt say didnt like but the bed was only just a little softer than the floor could do with softer matterases if any changes were to be made. Having said that by the time you get into it your to tired to care anyway.

Trying to find the car park entrance was very stressful. Very easy to
miss! Clear directions would have improved my sanity! Apartment very
hot, would benefit from air con. Having an apartment at front of the
building on a Saturday night was not conducive to sleeping, otherwise
best choice.
Inability for availability of twin rooms.
be aware that you are in a city centre and there is noise at night, but double glazing is very good.
Front door did not lock itself.
The room got very hot with no air conditioning, therefore we had to open
the windows and then obviuosly there was a lot of outside noise due to
the location. When I called to confirm whether I had a parking slot
alloted (I requested at time of booking through a third party) the lady
was not very helpful and as a consequence I had to park in a nearby car
park which was less than desirable with a young child, cases and stairs.
It turns out on check out I did have a car parking slot allocated.

directions to find the car park were not helpful. we almost gave up. please provide a map showing one way streets etc.

It was a really hot weekend and we would suggest maybe putting air conditioning in the apartments as it was the only down side.
Mattress is a bit soft to our liking.
Having to book car parking separately.
Cleaning of towels is only on weekdays and not when you stay in the weekend.
First appartment I was offered had traffic noise.
