We had an excellent stay - the staff were so helpful, polite and personable. Our room was prepared with an extra bed as requested, it was comfortable, clean, good size and well decorated. The food was excellent, lovely to sit in the bar with the pianist playing beautifully and it was super to use the leisure facilities. our room was spotless as was the whole hotel. on our day of departure there was a problem on one of the motorways reception staff helped us plan a different route home .we will stay at the connaught again and recommend hotel to family and friends.

We were looked after very courteously and professionally and compared very favourably with the service in 4 star hotels in which we have stayed. The swimming facilities were excellent. the staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food was also excellent. The hotel is in an ideal location in Bournemouth with the beach, the town and the bic all in walking distance.The hotel is in walking distance to the town and beach very clean weasked to change our room as it had a shower and we wanted a bath noproblem changed and ended up with a better room. The fabulous choice and layout at breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Also the free parking facilities (not many other hotels provide this). The staff were always very attentive and looked after us very well. The food in the restaurant was also very good and excellently cooked. I stay at this Hotel regularly and it never dissapoints me.
