The new buffet-style restaurant serves home-made British and American dishes. Breakfast is freshly cooked and served between 09:30 and 10:15. In the public bar, regular evening entertainment including live music, karaoke, bingo and quizzes. The new separate games room includes a pool table, football table, and quiz machines.

As a regular traveller, who stays in many hotels, Kim and Mark are a highly professional management team, who accurately know, how to put the customer first! From the moment of arrival, to our reluctant departure, we were hosted by true ambassadors of Blackpool, who made our stay,both a pleasureable and memorable occasion. I would highly recommend this hotel, and cannot wait for my return visit.
all reviews » It was a great place to stay. The owners Kim and Mark along with their staff were wonderful. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived till we left. They all went out of there way to be helpful. The hotel was clean, the food was lovely homecooked northern grub.. great!!. It was great to have the choice to have your room serviced daily or not, this enabling you to have a lie in.A gem of hotel, in an ideal location, right on the seafront and spotlessly clean Having stayed in numerous poor hotels in Blackpool my search has finally ended as I have found a hotel that I will continue to choose for every visit. Mark, Kim and their smiley team made sure that every need was accounted for - superb! Don’t forget to try the bar menu – great value home cooking. We had a very good weekend Kim and Mark and all the staff wereexcellent, nothing was a bother went out off their way to accommodateany request. Meals were excellent and very good value. Will recommendto friends and be back. The staff were very friendly and made you feel really welcome. The food was delicious,I would definately recommend the steak and mushroom pie. Would not hesitate in going back to hotel on our next visit to Blackpool. The staff were all lovely and very helpful - 100% for customer service. Hotel was clean and had a lovely time and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Blackpool. 10/10!!!!. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly, great service. Excellent breakfast and home cooked meal. Room very clean and comfortable. No complaints, would definitely stay at The Charlton again. There was a warm welcome as soon as we got there and we felt very welcome. Kym told us all the good going out spots and where to keep clear off we though that was really good of kym.We received a nice friendly welcome and was treated very well. Breakfast was also great.Staff very friendly and home cooked meals lovely. the friendly reception we received on arrival. nothing was a problem for the staff. food available on request. rooms very clean. as there was only a few guests in the hotel, there was no entertainment but there was a pool table, darts and slot machines which kept our teenage grandson happy. a nice bar where good music was played and a good variety of drinks.the food was good and the staff were excellent. We explained that the mattress was uncomfortable with springs coming through on the first night and the owners ordered a brand new mattress that was delivered the same morning. At night the owners put on entertainment. The whole feel of the place is very friendly. The people there were amazingly friendly and helpful, food was great and entertainment was good too. all the staff jumped at the chance to help out whenever they could, great hotel, great food, great people. 2 thumbs up. staff and owners were extremely friendly, approachable and couldn't do more to help. Breakfast was very good. No complaints about our stay. had a warm welcome,with all the info about the hotel you need to know.food was homemade,fab! rooms lovely.We had a great time.the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble also the food was excellent. Many thanks Kim, Mark and Staff.nothing to dislike about hotel, but a bit of entertainment would have went down a treat..... Not really. Maybe I would have preferred a room facing front.no only stayed two days and all the while it was great. no not at all. no very good. Was slightly disappointed with the lack of entertainment. The bar closed early each night. Not sure if it was just the season?. we thought our room was a bit small for 2 adults and a teenager. rooms a bit on the small side but the excellent hospitality makes up for that.the room and onsuite was a little on the small side but adequate for our needs.
