Location was ideal. Close enough to walk into town but far enough away from the noise of nightclubs, pubs etc. Also very good value for money. Helpful Friendly Staff, Great Value For Money, Excellent Breakfast Menu, Room And Hotel Clean And Tidy.Highly recommend this hotel. Facilities excellent and superb location on the front. the hotel was at the other end of the pleasure beach which was nice and quiet.

The Bedford Hotel was a great place to stay, the location was great, just across the road from the beach and 5 mins walk from Blackpool tower, the staff were very friendly and helpful. and there was a great variety for breakfast too.Use of the pool area, ease of access to the facilities in Blackpool. Good position for blackpool attractions comfortable room. A nice quiet area but not to far from centre. the use of the swimming pool was good. meals room view. The bed was comfortable and when we complained about the first room theyoffered us, they did change it to one with a sea view at no extra cost.The reception guy was very friendly.The friendly staff,always eager to please and nothing too much trouble.The breakfast was very good,plenty of cereals,fruit and yoghurt etc. location very good, the sea view was great to wake up to, breakfast facilities were OK, reception staff very good and very helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay.The staff were freindly. it was a friendly hotel. Parking. Service at the bar could be a little slow at times.the size of the showering facilities in the room were too small. The shower curtain was grubby. The room was far to hot, even with our window open. Hearing from the kitchen male swearing at staff this was at breakfast. The hotel was too hot although they did not have the heating on at all. The first room wasn't very clean and was very small and very hot.Nothing like the pictures on the internet.The sheets and pillowcases,towels etc were spotless but the duvet covers and curtains needed to be washed. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but bearable for two nights.The furnture in the room was old or broke. considering the web site stated that it was refurbished in 2007. Basic cleanliness of the room especially the gap in the radiator. the kids room was not ready, had to move to another room 2 floors above us. breakfast was poor . 1 slice of bacon, 1 sausage, tomato and beans and a variety of eggs. hadf to wait ages for more toast .... 1st day didnt get the toast. 2nd day only 1 rack {1 rack included 2 and half slices} my kids eat lots of toast.Hotel was expensive for the quality. Poor service at breakfast. Rude staff at desk at all time, every day. Not a single smile or thankyou. Made us feel bad for asking for a receipt for our payment, like itwas a terrible chore for them to get it. Also, the noice from theelevator was so high we awoke several times during the night when peopleused it, and when we complained, they pretended they didn't understandwhat we were talking about. "Badford"!!!!!!!!!!.
