  The space and comfort was excellent. The quiet environment was pleasing considering you were close to the centre of Birmingham. It was close enough to lots of local ammenities, bars and restaurants, yet far enough away not to be bothered by them.   I had to visit Birmingham recently and booked Gables Nest at very short notice. The price was excellent, the room was spotless, the breakfast was top notch, easy access to the city and most of all, the welcome from the owner, Mal was so friendly. I would definitely use Gables Nest again and recommend it to friends.   Absolutely fantastic accomadation, loads of room in our two bedroom apartment no.58 we were both extremely happy with the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the accomadation.   The real question is what didnt i like? There was absolutly nothing i could say the hotel lacked. It was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. - Easy to find and access. Very clean and comfortable. Very central for a night out.

  I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too. I'll certainly be using the hotel again and have already recommended it to a couple of associates. I stayed in the queens room, which I got on letsbookhotel.com at a cheap rate ( just like the ad, ha ha but true) . With the queens room the continental breakfast was free, fresh and in the executive room. Which was calm cool and quiet. I hear the full cooked breakfast was £25 pounds, but I was happy with the range of fresh bread , ham on the bone, cheese, and all the bits you would expect.
