Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. It was not included in room charge and was an extra £10.00 but worth it. The room was a decent size and it was very clean, colourful and modern, just how I like it. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.
all reviews » Excellent location, Staff could not do enough for my partner and I to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived at 9am in the morning, check in was not untill 2pm, we asked if we could leave our bags while later, however the Receptionist changed our allocation of room and issued our room key. Fantastic hotel. The staff where really friendly and helpfull.Also the hotel bar was reaaly nice and a great spot if you wanted a relaxing drink.The rooms where modren and clean and the hotel was way nicer than we expected given the price we paid.The location of the hotel was perfect for a city break as I had not brought my car. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet at night which was important to me as we had bad experiences before in noisy areas. the staff , facilities and location were great we had a fantastic wkend, had a problem with shower which was dealt with brilliantly, wud definitely recomend this hotel,and will be back.The staff were very welcoming and helpfull and the standard of accomodation was excellent. The Bar /Gill was very nice once again staff were very pleasant. The hotel was beautiful,the staff was very helpful and friendly.I have highly recommended it to my friends and family and will continue to do so.the hotel was modern, restaurant staff were very attentive and the cleanliness of our room/bathroom were to a very high standard. Room was great (superb shower) The staff (especially Damien) were really helpful and friendly - great brekky and good location.The staff were wonderful and attentive ,the food was brilliant great value for money,and look forward to our next stay there. it was easy access to the city centre. Hotel dosn't have it's own car park but has a discount arrangement with a nearby multi-storey about a 3 min walk from hotel.No parking, but I'll live. The only bad thing i found with this hotel was that the beds were very hard and the pillows very soft. They did not go well together. We found ourselves asking for more pillows to get to sleep.Bedding materials could have been better. Duvet was very very light and small with no extra blankets provided in room. No parking, but the car park nearby was very accommodating as they work in partnership with each other.Upon checking out the male receptionist converted bill to euros, without asking if i wanted this, at an rate of €1.195, current banking rate was €1.13.this would have added almost €15 to my bill. The hotel is brand new, but it looks like it's not finished! The sauna was not working! It was advertised! Pity! The reception personnel is not very clear about the price, and what's going on really!! But it's newly opened, so I guess we can forget this bad point!.
