It was very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the suite. The owner was very nice and friendly. The suite we were in had a sitting room with sofa, 2 chairs, and tv; a kitchen/dining area with microwave, cooker, washer, dryer, sink and supplies; a large bath with shower, sink, and commode; and 2 guest rooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a double and single). Everything was very clean and comfortable.
all reviews » The owners were lovely and couldnt do enough for us if we needed anything we only had to ask. The room was very spacious with comfy bed. Free wifi. Complimentry tea qnd coffee tray with enough to keepus going all weekend unlike chains of accomodation which uusualy provide enough for one cup. Would highly recommend to people wantimg a short city break. I will deffinately be booking again. We stayed here two weekends running,while visiting family. The staff were friendly, rooms clean & breakfast very good. Lots of places to eat and drink near by, Randals Coffee House just across the road is well worth a visit. All Seasons also has easy access to Belfast City attractions. i liked the lcation, as it was in a trendy and cosmopolitan part of Belfast, with good eaterys and shops I also liked the friendliness of the staff in the hotel, and was made to feel very much at home Had a lovley stay, my second stay here, and would deffinately come again. I liked the location. as it had plenty of cafes and eaterys, which were of a good standard The owner was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, i would stay in this hotel again when visiting Belfast. relaxed atmosphere; friendly helpful staff; good variety of restaurants (including gluten-free) within walking distance; bus stop v close by so easy to get into town; parking; easy to get to from motorway so good for exploring. The owner was so helpful and welcoming. Alex, the girl who seemed to do most of the housekeeping, was great. She even did a load of washing for us. We didn't realize the numbering system on the houses and businesses do not correlate across the streets, so we were about 5 blocks down looking for the facility. A friendly person did show us where we needed to go, however. I just think it would be good to mention that or perhaps say where it is in relation to the nearby park. Hot water in shower ran out very quickly. shower fitting was broken so you had to hold the shower head to use normally having to come back to work!. A bit shabby but who cares! The price was right and the staff were the best!. Nothing. Nothing. No shower gel no shampoo in room. be prepared to wait for your breakfast in the mnorning...but its worthed :). Nothing. Bit of a fusty smell, shower head holder broken and a bit of brown gunge around the soap in the bathroom. Such niggley things that really, I mean nothing :) On the side though, having nothing to do with the guesthouse, I advise that if you're catching a bus into town, then check the times online as the timetable at the bus stop is an old one! :). That our showerhead was broken, so we had to get wet and turn off shower to wash and then back on to rinse. for being in the city. It had very limited parking, so you had to park on the side streets, if you had a car. The bed mattress wasn't great, just fair okay, if you put memomys foam then its would be great and more comfort. N/A. I saw nothing wrong with this B&B. Having to make a telephone call to speak to guest house staff!. Our room had no window we could open, no big deal as we had door that opened directly to courtyard, but worthwhile knowing as we saw that other rooms did have windows. it was terrific. The ceiling in my room has no curtain which is way too bright in the morning, so I woke up everyday before six o'clock. The location is very far from the centre, you need a taxi. Not being able to stay longer. Nothing. Nothing much really. it was value for money. nothing really. breakfast crowding. I loved my stay!. No parking for guests with disabilities. Slow breakfast service.
