  Very quiet. Slept well. I stayed before in Bath city centre hotels and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep full nights. But it was great at the university of Bath. It is a bit out of the city, but then again, it is quiet. Also has great facilities on-site: supermarket, cashpoints, post office desks, bars, etc. - Room was larger than e... what people say » xpected - despite having booked a single I got a small double bed which was lovely. Breakfast was also good and while the uni is out of town the bus runs every ten or twenty minutes from around 7.30 to midnight so getting around wasn't a problem. For the price it's a bargain.

  We had a huge room - loved the canopy bed. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The mint on the pillow was a really nice touch! - The four poster bed and size of the room made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

  We cannot recommend the Tasburgh highly enough! Sue, the proprieter, is the most genuinely caring person and was so helpful to us throughout our stay. We stayed there over our wedding weekend and Sue and Toni were both generous with their time and support for us. The hotel itself is clean and good looking, the grounds very lovely indeed.   The whole atmosphere and surroundings were great. Really enjoyed it. It was easy to get to with good links to the City, we actually walked in to Bath but it was a nice day and not in a rush. The breakfast was presented beautifully with a large variety offered. Bus stop opposite into the city and a nice Inn within a 100 metres for meals made our stay very enjoyable.
