  Made very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. A real relaxation experience in a superb location and lovely design ... old world charm ... nice features ... a pleasure to stay. Breakfast a treat (different every morning, home made, tasty and delicious - spent too much time at breakfast table!) - I liked it being in the heart of England easy ... what people say » access to castles houses to Stratford upon Avon Shakespear theatre etc. The B&B was an old building from 1746 with his own history an amazing hostess beautiful garden and everything was just perfect.

  The hostess was very friendly and chatty and took the time to speak to you. She was welcoming and helpful. She was very knowledgeable of the area which was useful. The rooms were lovely. Ours had a 300 year-old four poster and the room original exposed beams. The breakfast was well cooked, tasty and ample. we didn't need lunch! On the whole a wond... what people say » erful stay. - The welcome was warm and friendly, and being offered a pot of tea after a long drive is wonderful. Janet could not have done more for us. I usually stay in faceless hotels but decided to opt for something smaller just for a change, and this was a genuinely great find. Breakfast was lovely, and they accommodated our early start. Thanks to all at Park Cottage.

  Really nice hotel, very old building with history, character and atmosphere. Excellent, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and filling, location is quiet, but a short walk from the city centre and castle. It is not really a hotel to use for business travellers as it's age does limit it's practicality, but a really great place... what people say » for tourists and general stopovers. Again, due to it being a very old building it may not be suitable for people with certain disabilities as stairs - We loved the quirky building, the Tudor hotel is fabulous and while this does make the rooms slightly smaller than usual, the uniqueness makes up for it many times over. My Daughter loved the suits of armour on the gallery, and asked one if he would come home with us! The location is ideal for Warwick and the castle. The staff were very accommodating.   We had the warmest of welcomes from the owners. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Room was well-appointed while still keeping a traditional feel. the gardens were lovely and the breakfast substantial, with home-made jam and local produce. The setting was nice too - lovely view across the countryside from the back of the house. The room was nice and comfortable. A good full English breakfast in the morning.
