This is our second stay at the hotel. You get a warm welcome as you arrive and this carries on through all the staff. You are treated like a guest instead of just another number. The staff are so helpful and will go out of their way to help. Food is excellent. Will be booking again for our next trip to aberdeen. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The service we received was second to none. The food was brilliant and the room was very comfy and cosey. Have just re booked again.
