Good 5* hotel for resonable price (about 200$/1 night for standart 2+1 room on the first floor). General positive impressions (aquapark excellent!!! food - very good!!! hotel area - good!!!) from hotel blocked the small negative moments therefore I list them in the section "What did you like? " :-) - At 9 o'clock in the morning there were no free plank beds on a beach (in September). - once the personnel wasn't polite (gloomy mister from the service personnel closed before me a fence in an aqua.
all reviews » Nashira resort is absolutely one of the best resorts I have been to.the resort offers one of the best beaches with white sand and a very little pepples.the food is very good with a different variety daily.the service is good and one will never go hungry here.there are many outlets of different type of food scattered all over the resort eg.pizza ,hot dogs,waffles,ice cream etc. there must be at least 10 refreshment areas where one can ger drinks also one on the beach. The beach facilities are ve. The season was nearly finished but it was one of the best time in my life.This was my first trip to Nashira and I'm so glad I found this hotel. From arranging our transfer from the airport to providing excellent concierge service by Gokhan. Thanks to helpful staffç It's a big, well-maintained property with a warm welcome. The rooms are very clean and nicely set out. It's quiet and the beds are good. Executive Assistant Alpay is very helpful, so make sure you ask him for the advice about everyth. Всем рекомендую. The personnel was very friendly, especially reception Gunay .Food was very various and tasty. loved fish delicates prepared by Erdogan for the dinner. Sweats and ice-cream were amazing. Child menu was also nice. Amazing aqua park and swimming pools. Territory is quite big and green. Rooms are very pretty. Great outdoor facilities. The swimming pools are incredible. Even though the hotel was fully booked you can stil find a place in the shade. The aquapark is tons of fun, great for the kids. Huge quantities of food. The chefs really do their best to make a daily surprise in the dining room. modern hotel and amenities with several entertainment facilities, clean beach and nice swimming pools, good for family with children to spend a pleasant holiday if service level isn't very important, very beautiful nature around the resort, various night programs and pool games,. We have really enjoyed our holidays in Nashira for 11 days. I will recomend this hotel for couples with small kids. Good service, nice staff, a lot of activities to do both outdoor and indoor. The best at hotel is the huge pools, those are very clean and good enough to enjoy, my son enjoyed the Aqua park which is rip roaring and well equipped to have fun. Did not satisfied with bathroom. Shower was leaking. The airconditioning in the dining room is terrible. You need to find a spot in front of the chiller otherwise you sweat like a pig. Very slow wifi in the room. The hotel requires to register your passports (for all the guests, including children) with some government authority to be able to connect to the internet. It took about half a day to receive a login code. The bathroom in our room was in a dire need of repair. food wasn't very good and dishes were always dirty, staff aren't well trained, very loud music at night, guest relations management were rude at the beginning, they gave us a dirty laundry carrier upon requesting a baby bed, and I told them I'll put my baby in it if they accept to put their babies in it, next day they changed to a decent one without an apology, you feel they're understaffed during the peak of holiday season. An improvement should be to have one (or more) warm pool outside. Wifi were not working as promised. the WiFi connection was bad and everytime you have to restart your device to connect the internet again . Nothing. Reception was not fit to this big size of hotel and they were trying but not able to respond properly. Also they have not paid attention to my requests I mentioned in my booking. Most of the mentioned facilities such as Tennis Court, Billiard,... was with extra charge. Reception should speak English , take care about cleaning rooms and bathrooms. The walls in the family room, at least, are very thin, so if you get noisy neighbors, you will have troubles sleeping. Family rooms have different sizes. The ones on the left are small, the ones on the right are big enough. Very poor food arrangements, no changes in day to day menu, no information over what is being served. Long ques for buffets & even after waiting long often being told the variety is been finished. poor room cleaning, but not so serious doubt. just the internet connection would be better in the rooms. The rooms in the hotel meet to repair. The staff -especially the animation, sports and pool team- is not wel trained. air conditioner was very bad in room. I think. Hotel need renovation. Reception is understaffed. When a new group arrives check-in lasts for many hours. Poor internet connection they said it will be started next day after arrival!!!!!!! but it didn't...Some staff are not friendly. .. Lack of signs to hotel. Insufficient car parking space. Only problem with tripple room,no 3 beds there,2 beds and one small mini bed. Every day a lady was yelling through loudspeakers, announcing various activities in the hotel. Very loud music around the territory every day. Loud disco with Turkish music until 11 P.M. Very ppor internet connection. The resort lacks good management. Those who work at the Reception Desk were not too friendly or service oriented, although there were exceptions. The family room we were assigned was seldom cleaned. The house maids definitely need to be improved. The noise, every night a party either at the hotel pool side or from hotel near by, we could not sleep until late at night, specially Saturday night,loud music stayed till 2 in the morning. The food is not that tasty, internet is too slow, staff can't speak english or arabic. Slow reseption, poor english, cleaning could be better. We arrived at hotel at 18:00 on15/7/2013; 1-nobody ereceived us at hotel gate.we carried our bags!!! 2-the room was not that room we booked.they sweared that all roomslike that. 3-bathroom: the handle of door was bbroken.2days no repair, we changed the room after air conditioner not working (nobody came to look). 4-both bathrooms turn to pool after showering!!!!!. The service was horrible. No slippers Were not friendly. our room was small and not very clean. Room cleaning was not enogh it cuold be better. The resption treatment no good no english very taff with talking and alwayse the guest is wrong and they are right I stayed there 6 days , no cleaning good no cleani g room at all ( no room service) i stayed at family room 2534 The staff of cleaning and reseption very very bad. Everything. The entertainment was not good and got bored through out the day The rooms have mould and are very stale The check in staff didn't understand English and it was very difficult to communicate with them This resort is for couples with children and doesn't have a good nightlife. If you're looking for a party place this is not the one for you. The beach. The management and the service are not at the 5 stars level. Some friends received the key only after 15.30 and one room was not cleaned yet!. Staff , Cleanliness. cleanness problem. You just don't feel welcome, very looooong queues, food is the same every day, main restaurant is awful, servise is very poor.
