In fact i was amazed, i booked for four days at liberty in Mid October 2013 knowing that its a good hotel before going. but it was more than i expected, very good & close to the beach location, the food cant be better, the staff is very friendly, the prices for the minibar are reasonable, and a lot of free activities and facilities. The best value for money ever. Great location, very friendly staff. We stayed in superior room which is really good design and more comfortable than my expectations. The hotel is located in the heart of oludeniz and just minutes to beach and seconds to great bars. The food was great and there were many many selections. I really suggest the hotel.
all reviews » One is the best hotels in turkey. Spotlessely clean, great service, good food and walking distance from the beach. The rooms are as shown in pictures and the best part is they having English speaking staff. Don't even think of booking any other hotel in oludeniz, liberty is by far th best of all. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept very clean and were comfortable. Lots of choice both for breakfast and during the evening meal. The beach is a few minutes away and there are lots of shops and bars just outside the door. we loved the ambience at this hotel, a combination of liveliness and of relaxation . the staff were also lovely and helpful and seemed to enjoy working there. The food was plentiful ,varied and delicious. we will be back. The hotel was clean. The price can be more than average when you consider for 3 stars hotel. But i can say the level of the hotel which it deserves is min 4 stars. It is in the centre of the town and we found it quite noisy at night from nearby bars. We asked to move to a quieter room which was not a problem. The swimming pools are not heated and as our visit was in October we found them very cold. some people complain of loud music until very late at night but as it was holiday time the music did not bother us too much. Our room was quite small and shower cubicle very restrictive water temperature varied between scalding hot and cold! missing bedside cabinet...shame about plastic chairs on small balcony?. Room view is bad. Even the mountain view was not that good. I moved to pool view and the person said it wil not be that noisy but it was very very mch noisy. Room are old fashioned and so is the washroom. But because of the food and location of the hotel my stay was good. some extra charges for safe and such like. Beds were bit hard. Noise from the main street parties in the evening. The reception staff doesn't speak english very well and our room was not ready when we arrived. visitors leaving their towels on the beds at the pool when they were away for hours. Although management said under these circumstances the towels would be removed, but, they were not removed. Nothing!. Parking problem: even though we were told that parking was provided, someone from the municipality left a ticket to my car for parking in front of the hotel. Hotel staff just told me it wouldnt be a problem not to pay it. We'll see Noise from the bars at night even at late times. If you are going to advertise that you have a gym , then you must have a gym , the room you said was a gym was very very poor. -High prices for drinks in the dinner. it is a little bit noisy during the night as the insulation is not good. Oludeniz is a real English town and now it has lost its "soul". Turkish people have adapted theirselves to the tourists. -Reservation desk is horrible. Although i reserved my room 2 months before, when i arrived at the hotel they said my room is occupied and arranged a room with single beds. -housekeeping is poor. Almost everyday we had to call the reception to bring shampoo, shower gel and towels. Housekeepers were not leaving at the room when they were cleaning. Zero customer satisfaction. being charged by credit card for our accommodation twice, once even before we arrived and without my knowledge. Some were very weird norms....charge for normal water also ....so annoying....poor animation team. Despite booking a superior room with letsbookhotel.com they 'sold out' all their superiors and put us in a family room with no balcony and over looking the noisy (till 2am) busy street below without a discount or any compensation whatsoever. Terrible customer service. "half board" includes a buffet which has very limited choices. If you think youre getting a deal by staying here for the food, youre not. Much better off going to a local place to eat. The staff was horrible, they were rude and they were not problem solvers. The front desk was rude, the waiters were rude and slow. We had couple incidents where staff was very rude to us and they didn't even think they were wrong.
