- Staff made sure to personally take a peak of people entering, made us feel safe that they made sure no outsiders can just enter.
- The had hair dryer upon request. The room was supplied basic necessities (electric pot, glasses, cups, teaspoons, tea bags, soap, shampoo, shower gel, clothes hangers)
- Staff were helpful and friendly (Ms. Eda & Mohd).
- Location was excellent very near to shopping area, cafés, night life & bus to airport.

Location - there's probably no better location in the new part of Istanbul. The hotel is literally 3 minutes talk from Taksim square, which is where all transportation go through. It is 1 minute walk from the awesome Istiklal street - which is full of shops, restaurants and clubs. But! It's located in a small street near it, so there's no noise coming in.
