Everything was perfect! The location was not to close to overcrowded tourist areas but still close enough to some of the city's major attractions. The staff was wonderful and always helpful. The rooms far exceeded our expectations in style, comfort and cleanliness and the breakfasts were great. It was definitely the perfect choice. Outstanding hotel. Very spacious room, beautifully planned anddecorated. Excellent service and very kind staff. Free internet. Nicelocation. Definitely my address to stay in Instanbul.

The staff were excellent. They were always ready to help with any requests and truly wanted to make our stay an enjoyable one. The rooms are large and well appointed.The service was excellent and personalised, the room/suite was extremely mordern, large, extremely clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic. Excellent room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Small scale hotel with attention to detail.Well located in a quiet area yet not far from main touristic sites. Very confortable with nice design. Friendly staff with attention to details and desire to make you feel at home. Staff were so nice and cooperative , the hotel location is not so far from the crazy and the intresting area Taksim , but far enough to have some privacy and quite sleep .very nice, big and clean room,friendly staff and all they could talk English (must of the people there, they can not talk in English). It is very quite hotel where you can spend nice holiday with your family. lovely hotel....very modern, great views... everything was perfect...The breakfast, as previous guests have also stated, was rather meager.Toilet flushing still troublesome, it sometimes keeps running. all the extras in the rooms have to be paid (coffee cups, water and so on). yes the coffee and the mini bar was expensive ,. breakfast was limited and not fit for 5 star hotel. about the parking. breakfast not at 5 stars level. Electricity went out for about an hour at the middle of my work on the internet. Matrass very hard, furniture, like chair and sofa, also bit hardto sit on.The only thing which was not great was the nasty bathroom smell lingering throughout our stay and the fact that when one had a shower and even with the door shut water gushed out onto the floor making it slippery and wet. fabulous contemporary room with excellent facilities very helpful friendly staff good location. In general the hotel is nice except that there is no facilitiessuch as spå, swimming pool, resturant for lunch or dinner. just make sure clients know that coffee in rooms is charged....also that you must pay extra for fruit juice at breakfast. also get a better deal on taxi transfer to airport.....the price was well above getting a taxi on the road.
