Staff is super friendly and the hotel is very modern. They even have a small new elevator, so that you don't have to carry your bags upstairs via the staircase. The owner speaks some English and is able to help you with finding your way around. Rooms are all air-conditioned, water in the bathroom is hot. Water pressure is decent. Beds are clean. Clean towels provided. Shower gel, shampoo and soap are provided as well. There is a little television. Amazing location, just a few steps away from I.

There is a very warm atmosphere inside the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well designed. And it has an air conditioning what is extremely important for a summer trip to Istanbul. We didn't need anything more than we had in Ilya Pera Hotel and enjoied our time that we spent there!. i really like the hotel its clean and the staff they are very freindly and extremely helpful qnd the location is just perfect it was a comfortable stay in ilya pera. The hotel was located at a nice location close to Taksim square in Istanbul and offered a reasonable price which also included breakfast. The room had a large and comfortable bed with a tv set. The bath room was also big and had a nice shower with neat and clean towels every morning replacing the used ones. friendly staff ,good location for shopping ,and clean room. the staff is friendly the wirless connection is good. We were asked to move to a different room on a different floor on our last night (we were staying 3 nights). The view from our original room was fascinating, so that was a little upsetting, and the new room facing the street was quite loud Friday night until early morning. Room was clean at the beginning, but not cleant properly during our 4 day stay. smell from bath room. The room had a window opening in the street which did allow some noise into the room at night especially from the nearby bars and disco clubs. The drain in the bathroom was choked and wasn't fixed despite my complaint at the reception during my 4 night stay at this place. very bad smell from bath all the day in the room.breakfast is not good. all things are not good in the room.( bathroom, furniture, window insulation, service room).
