A truly relaxing atmosphere in a friendly,clean,comfortable town,away from the city hustle,staff in general well trained to receive guests in a truly warm professional manner putting always that extra touch to help,loved their smiles. First time I leave a hotel and shake hands with everyone on front desk reception and concierge. Spa is truly wonderful,gym was great,staff there very friendly and master their profession. Cuisine was exquisite,I can keep on going... Definitely will repeat it.

Spa center is divine. The staff is very friendly. The service is excellent. The hotel is located in the beautiful place by the sea. Our room was very nice, large, with a sea view, and very clean. Breakfast is one of the best in Istanbul we had at the hotel. We are very happy with our stay and service, and we hope to be back soon in the same hotel as it is perfect for holiday. Everybody of the hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help. The location is rather picturesque even if there is not too near to the most popular of Istanbul`s sightseeing. The view from the terraces of restaraunt is fabulous. every think was excellent especially if you know the road very well you can reach the hotel in very short time , amazing view , big room & excellent furniture . I believe its one of the best Bosphoros hotel . Regardless of its location from city center , this is The best hotel in turkey. Dont miss the Big Chiefs restaurant located at the sea side ( almost 300 m away from the hotel). Staying in fifth floor and below the vew is not good since the hotel has another building blocking the marina vew. Expensive but worh the money. I wish if they give offers and discounts. Spa treatment is overpriced. that there was no beach . Nothing. Far from the main attractions of the city. You'll get stuck in traffic every time you want to get into these areas. When booking done through booking they give you the worst location in the hotel with a bad view...i notes that with all my booking booking .com should do something about it !!. Location might be far for first time travellers to istanbul..however i found it perfect. Rooms are not sound proof. Internet wireless signal is poor at room. The price is very hight and the view it's not through if subscribe the marina and sea. Although renovated, it's very huge and empty from the inside. They don't have a hairdresser. room service wifi poor coverage in the rooms espresso machine is always defected. Very high price for the facility they given to you they charge for the breakfast 80tl for each person and many other things Price is very high for such hotel like this. New hotel, service was inconsistent and poor some times. Although the staff tried hard. Poor coordination.
