Hotel Staff very professional and helpful. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable.Everything! The children were made very welcome and the staff were very friendly. Every thing was just perfect, more than we expected and it was delightfull.

NB not the female in the reception area of the restaurant on the 16 floor. extortionate breakfast prices, extortionate internet prices. food services and resturant were very pricey. as my flight was late, i asked for late checkout and they gave me only one houre, and they told me they will charch me if i want to stay more.TV Entertainment. The hotel provides limited TV channels and most of the channels are pay per view. Beds were too hard. Airconditioning worked inadequately. during check-in they should let the guests know what the hotel offers in terms of the different restaurants and bars. Internet access prohibitively expensive and should really be offered free of charge to hotel guests in a hotel of this standard. Breakfast rates are very expensive and the restaurant is too small and crowded in the morning, to the point that the food and other items run out. These two points need to be reviewed and will make me think twice before booking at this hotel next time I', in Ista. The internet and breakfast price. Cost of food is very high. Cost of an extended check-out is riduclously expensive.Theprices in the japanese restaurant are high. Cost of everything else eg. breakfast etc was prohibitive!. cost of breakfast was high. Even though the hotel showed a spa ang gym it was actually closed for refurbishment. The hotel should have made this clear, this was a reason I booked this hotel.
