Very convenient location five minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, but also easily accessible by taxi unlike many hotels in Sultanahmet. Reasonably priced shuttles for both airports are also nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was always fresh and delicious. I will be staying here next time in İstanbul. The staff are nice and very helpful. The room is baisc and small but very clean. The location is convenient and quiet, very close to the main attractions in Sultanahmet, but can be adventurous to rwch for travelers with big luggage. The breakfast spread is good.
all reviews » We arrived around 5 am in the morning and it was no problem to have a early check-in. The staff was very friendly and helpfull!! The location was also very nice, close to everything. The price for what you get is very good. We will come back. the staff are so nice and so friendly , and when i asked to change the room they gave me the best room which is on the roof and have wonderful view on the sea and the old city. Some minor problems with hot water pressure, but tolerable. No private balcony as advertised. Noisy because of the train station near the hotel. The breakfast was poor. Myself and my wife were woken in the middle of the night to an infestation of bed buggs the manager was niether surprised nor did he offer to do anything about this issue. We had a completely sleepless night my wife obviously disgusted and a complete damper on the stay was the over all feeling .. Not happy at all to the reactions of managment towards a sanitary health issue would be my greatest issue .
