Mustafa and his staff were excellent! The restaurant food and view were very good. Location was perfect! I loved the fact that the merchants on the street are like one big family and willing to help out anyone. Very safe and entertaining area. An excellent value for your money!. I liked staying in the hotel very much. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The owner is a great man, thanks him a lot. He helped in everything. The hotel has exellent location in the old city, 2 minutes to Aya-Sofya and Blue mosque. Next time we'll stay there for sure!.
all reviews » Mustafa was wonderful. He helped me get to the airport on my way out and was always ready to just talk. The room was small but great - the bed and shower were perfect. Everyone I met while in Istanbul was very welcoming and helpful. Located in the downtown Istanbul; very helpful and polite staff, especially Mustafa and Ayhan. The place is very clean, they clean apartments every day, and the apartments have very nice interior. The homely feel, quiet night-time despite central location, the roof-top restaurant / bar, the colourful decor (eventhough it's currently a little careworn). Great location, a stone's throw from the Hagia Sophia. Check in was easy and there is a nice resto on the ground floor. Great location with an adorable, welcoming, and very helpful manager, named Ayhan. Room with good A/C and fridge. The hotel is very near to the tourist sites in Istanbul...very accessible to all and the staff are very friendly. Hotel Han is really nice. First, the price is relatively low in the same area. The location is perfect, every tourist attractions are just within walk distance. The breakfast is not buffet, but very Turkish and delicious. The rooms are a bit cramped, but please keep in mind this is Istanbul. Liked everything. The han sign over the entrance is located too high, and we couldn’t see it at first, it’s hardly visible. Breakfasts could be more diversified. Not staying an extra day. My room was facing the street and it can get a little noisy at times. My single room small, but brightly decorated and completely adequate for a short stay. in general, I remember the hotel being in a better condition two years ago, but it's still worth a visit... sometimes staff was a bit slow in the morning not realizing that we need more tea (or coffee, bread, for example)... some rooms are quite small with no wardrobe. This hotel has no large rooms or spa center - it is good for the City trip. Just to have fave a comfort place to stay for a night and visit the main sights. Small Bathroom. small room. We booked a triple room and emphasized to have 3 separate beds. However, we ended up with one double bed and an extra without earlier notice. And the heating system is too hot! I was almost grilled in the night. :( Haha, became Kabab in the first night in Turkety. :). The house was terribly small and cramped , and the breakfast was not fresh.terrible experence.
