They gave us very nice and big room with balcon. The staff were very cooperative. Breakfast very nice. I like the hotel too much and would like to stay there again. Also the location is very good. Only the net was slow. The size of the room! But also the little attentions for the arrival: fruit, a bottle of mineral water , tea and coffee(every day). The kindness and efficacity of the staff, too.
all reviews » The staff were as helpful as was possible, and some of the reception staff were able to speak English. Not that many people in Turkey I came across spoke much English generally. It was an amazing looking place, with a huge revolving door and lots of comfy couchs downstairs. I got upgraded to a suite which was so roomy. The rooms were spacious and clean The staff were helpful The location of the hotel is great, only 5 minutes walk from Takseem square. Reception staff were helpful and smiling. Bell captain was wonderful and very helpful. House keeping are fantastic. Been upgraded to a "mini-suite" is always pleasant... Package all included including free internet. I had pre-paid my booking in new Zealand over a week before I came by bank transfer and it took them several days into my stay there to confirm this. I was not prepared for people not being very fluent in English - so had a bit of trouble communicating. They were much better than most people, but just not fluent. The gym facility had only 4 machines and few light dumbbells. Staff at main restaurant during breakfast were unhelpful and most of them do not understand English. They rarely smile. They do much noise removing dishes and talking to each others. A/C (Hot & Cold Thermo) Hot Water Availability - It needs sometime to flow. فرش السرير غير مريح. staff, but this is found in istanbul. The furniture were old and the food was not good. The breakfast did not have many choices and the food was cold. Tv is old and only with Turkish channels. No visitor :(. Breakfast very bad Wifi very bad. the reservation did not include breakfast. They close the air conditioners from seven in the morning until eight in the evening. No Aircondition (winter system) Room was not the one I booked then after long discussion moved to it Bed and pillows are not good Old furniture. The food and the bad service. The staff, they were not friendly at all & they have strange rules that prevent anyone who's not staying in the hotel from going up stairs. Room service are too bad ,stuff are too lazy from the moment u arrive ,front desk and room service are too tuff in talking with guests. Hot water at least takes 5 minutes to get warm in the bath and its really annoying during shower time. Towels is old and it is not so clean. Internet big problem, Aircon and fridge not working,minimal room upkeep if one complains you become the villain Satellite tv should be international not just Turkish language rt and BBc only english programmes. Staff not helpfull and very rude. Breakfast buffet isn't good at all. Smelly rooms. I would not suggest this hotel for anyone.
