The apartments are freshly renovated, clean and fully equipped, including towels and bathrobes. The kitchen is also supplied with a dish soap dispenser and cleaning sponges. In our apartment, both the kitchen and the bedroom have a wall-fixed brand new LED TV, both with internet connection. The staff was really nice and helpful, each day offered us, free of charge, bottles of water and carried our (heavy!) luggage up the stairs and also across the road to the taxi. The hotel itself is great. Very clean and our room was very charming with lovely decor and comfortable beds.The staff were very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. I would highly recommend Galata Bridge Apartment to anyone visiting this unique city. We liked being just outside the heart of the tourist area. Bulent was a great host, very helpful, made arrangements as we needed. The hotel is very close to the Balat/Golden Horn park, so walk out and go up the Horn toward Balat for some great areas that aren't on the beaten track. It is also only five minutes to the Galata Bridge, so it's very convenient. Bulent is just finishing a rooftop area right now with great views. The staff was great. We were received by Bulent and he made our trip so easygoing, we were able to see the best of istanbul thanks to his advices and suggestions. The other staff members were also very nice, it was great everytime we arrived there to be received with a big smile. Excellent service, and the appartment is actually nicer than in the photos. When we went to Galata Bridge Hotel , We getting a very nice rest time. -The location was great to reach every part of Istanbul easily. -The room has been furnished very well and the cooking stuff are really good. -My room had a very good view to the see, Galata tower, Galata bridge, and so on. -There are a lot of good restaurants around. the hotel manager can easily help you to find a right choice for having your launch or dinner at a restaurant. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-furnished. The kitchen equipment was good enough to cook up a family meal. The staff was friendly, and helped us out with information. Even though the road outside was noisy, it was quiet inside. The location is also very convenient: about a five-minute walk to the nearest tram station and boat piers. The stuff is very helpful. There is both English-speaking and Russian-speaking stuff. The room was clean and it was cleaned several times during our visit. The location is about 10 min. by foot from Eminonu, the main port in Istanbul. There are several food shops near the hotel. The apartment was one of the best we have had with all the kitchen items expected if you are self catering. The location is excellent...a 10 minute stroll to the spice bazaar and here are many places to eat and drink around the Galata bridge and bazaar. Mr.Bullent is very friendly and very helpful. Hotel is in good location and in terrace the view is good it's sea view. الفرش ممتاز Furniture is very good. It is comfortable & cheap. Our apartment faces the main road on the Golden Horn (Ragıp Gümüşpala Cd), the view is beautiful but during peak hours the noise from the traffic can be a little disturbing (windows are not double glazed). The area behind the building (where the apartments entrance is) is a bit dirty and in decay. Apartments have no elevator, not suitable for people with limited mobility. The back area of the hotel is a little bit slum...but safe. The area isn't as fancy as the tourist area, so be aware of that. That is not a complaint mind you. The only issue we had at all was the internet was a bit spotty. Just one time water disconnected. Since the hotel is new, taxi drivers in Istanbul had some difficulty to find the address. However, the staff and the hotel manager can help the driver to find the address. So, do not forget to make note of the hotel phone number. The air-conditioner was working somewhat whimsically. And for some reason, the hotel's credit-card reader at the front desk would accept none of my international credit cards, even though I had used them regularly elsewhere in Istanbul. Again, the location is about 10 min. by foot from Eminonu, the main port in Istanbul.The quarter where the hotel is located may look not that clean and comfortable for some people, but this is a part of real Istanbul. None. the location was not that good dearty and noisy too mony kides around the hotel. Heating was not very good. There is no good restaurant nearby. Internet was slower at night. On cable TV only Turkish channel were available except the cartoon network and one more... I don't remember exactly... there is no elevator in apartments. nothing. 1. Its location is not in a good spot to reach all those interesting spots by walking. 2. It locates in an area where you might not feel comfortable with, but surely safe. Within 20 seconds walking, you can be in the main road. (Its ground floor is UPS office.). Exterior of the building may put off some, but inside is great. Nearest streat is a little dirty. Bit noisy location. There was no Wi-Fi in our room. - dirty street. No lift. Area. about 20 min walk to main sights in Sultanahmet. around the hotel, the place is good to visit the city but not so beautiful. Location. The neighbourhood is not very good. Be careful , the place is really nice inside but located in a slum area. Spoke to the part owner and he kept mentioning that it is mainly catered for Islam people. Only the bad thing is not lift in hotel and hard to go on 3rd floor. الموقع- المدخل-الدرج Location - entrance- to reach the rooms you have to use a difficult stairs. The location of this place is terrible. I really have ideas about safety of hotel.
