The luxury, of the hotel and the palace. The history and opulence of the place. The superb and friendly concierge team - who were able to deliver at a moment's notice to all the requests. The fantastic location, on the Bosphorus itself. The shoe-shine man in the lobby, who was an absolute artist with shining shoes and caressed my pair of shoes to the best shine ever! The fantastic infinity pool, which is heated and allowed us to swim despite the cold.

From the time one enters through the door, this would be one of the most amazing experience surely. The views of the Bosphorus river are just breath taking, and the infiniti pool captures the magic of the mountains and river like a beautiful painting. Fantastic hotel, you feel like you're residing in an Ottoman Palace. I love the hotel .the house keeping is excellent. . Restaurants menu are so rich .the service is exquisite.
