It is the best hotel ive got ever through letsbookhotel.com, location view, cleanliness, staff...every thing. For Family it is your best choice, spaces are more than enough, security is very high, you can leave your kids in the suite playing or watching tv without any risk, below the building there are sets of restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Shuttle buses, Taxi office are available. Thanks to Mr. Cim, the gm for his cooperation and hospitality I highly recommend this place for leisure or bu.
all reviews » The staff was friendly. There was a free shuttle 3 times daily to Taksim Square and Sultanahmet, the driver was polite and very careful with the passengers' safety. The room was clean, had all facilities, we have really felt like home. The breakfast was rich. Nearby there is a supermarket and a few restaurants/cafes. It is close to highway. There was parking underground and outside in front of the hotel. The internet connection was good. During my stay at the hotel i was feel I am in my house. i have chose avrupa residence suites hotel among hundreds of hotels. the Staph was more than wonderful and very friendly .I will return to the same hotel next time. The appartement was tastfully and modernly decorated full equiped, we loved it the parking available was confinent space and design was great واسعة ومريحه ومواقف للسيارات وكاملة التجهيز. The furniture was great and comfortable, location and view is beautifil, all shops are available downstairs, receptions is a great help all times, the appartments are fully equiped. I liked as district with easy access to main road, suite cozy and charming, with many benefits. Breakfast was quite good, clean everything in all areas and will go back if needed. The location was far out of the city. This was OK for for our needs. Also the lock/key mechanism was complicated. none. Everything was great so there is nothing to say. nothing. Location, too far from CBD and any other meaningful place. Not much to complain. one bathroom. the toilet have a very bad smell which comes from all drains holes . i had rejected the first offered apt. and though its specific to this apt .later i discover that its the same in all i believe is a sewege vent problem in the building. - Breakfast. There is one toilet in two bed room appartment for six people and it's not mentioned in both sites, hotel and booking. Hotel staff not helpful, bad communication and no customer service. breakfast and cleaning. Very bad staff! I advise booking to cancel it immediatly from your valued company ! Really is not suit your level.
