all reviews » Staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Is has free access to Internet and it is a two minutes walking from metro station. Rooms were clean and bus station.close to metro quite road facing.centrally located near airport with the traffic conditions of istanbul. The localization was very good only 10 minutes to the Ataturk Airport by taxi and 5 minutes to the underground. Excellent breakfast. Very good option if you need to spend a night not far from the airport. Staff is very kind and very helpful. The staff was very cooperative, hotel has a nice clean and peaceful environment. The hotel was located really well for the airport and the Exhibition centre. My room was of a really good size as was the bathroom and very clean. The breakfast offered was very good and good value as it was included in my room rate. It was great to have local shops on the same road as the hotel. Perfect Hotel for the fair area CNR Expo Centre (just 2 metro stations away). Lots of restaurants and shopping centres in a walkable lengths of less than 500 mtrs!. I was there for a quick stop over. arrived at around 1am and leaving at 5am. Quite empty so check in was very fast. The Restaurant on the 9th Floor was very good. Selection was good and an excellent meal was served. - friendly staff - large room - location: nearby Atatürk Airport and subway station. The TV does not have international channels and covers only the Turkey channels. There was no drinking water or teapot to make tea or coffee. A bit pricey for its location. My room was very hot, when I asked if the air conditioning was working I was told that they could only offer heating in September! I tried opening my window but the noise from the traffic made it impossible to have it open at night and this left me feeling very uncomfortable and I woke up several times in the night. It is such a shame as this was the only thing that spoiled an otherwise excellent stay. House Keeping - Bad!. Reception told me that he would get the kitchen to pack me breakfast (as i was leaving early). The kitchen didn't pack, they prepared the breakfast spread earlier. Unfortunately that meant i didn't get my breakfast. The reception just blamed the kitchen for not understanding. Also they automatically charged the room to my credit card, the night before, without asking. I wanted to pay cash when i checked out, but they said they had already charged it. - too warm: climate control was only heating, not cooling - bath tub was not clean - expensive. Black water came out of the shower and the lavatory first time I used them. Should have an ergonomic chair at desk. Electrical points needed. we asked for non-smoking room, but got smoking one, which could be smelt clearly, especially from bedding. Air conditioner did not work, well.. it could be turned on and made much noise but no cold or even any wind. I tried to open windows while sleeping but windows looked out to the street .. i felt like I was lying near the road and cars were driving right near my head... It was impossible to sleep with open windows, no fresh air, no good sleep, wrecked head in the morning. street noise. The room can do with a good spring clean and some maintenance. Old room and equipment. Definately not 4 stars. Along the motorway. Expensive...to be Istanbul. The ventilation system is doesn't work properly. The bathroom was with bad ventilation. Air Conditioning did not work. Climete always work cold, Climete very old. They must change brend new. Very tired looking hotel. But bedrooms rooms were ok. Not on the same level as a premier inn or holiday inn express. Reception staff (unfriendly) Breakfast (poor choice & poor quality). I asked for a late check out. would rather be in room a bit longer than waiting at the airport. Was perpared to pay extra. I was blankly refused. I didn't like that. same of adeal stuff. noisy room with broken window impossible to close. The bathroom, shower were very poor and old and doesn't work functionally. the bed is too hard, do not like the shower. We didn't like the very old WC, and the poor lights on the room. Also, this hotel is two different buildings and their only contact is from the lobby/reception. So, if you stay to the second (back) building, you have to make a big trip for the breakfast!. Restaurant (Awful food and not the most welcoming personnel), Tired rooms, People hanging out downstairs all the time, Bad value for money, Not at all like on the pictures of the mobile app (photoshopped), NO WAY this is a 4 star, but really more of a 2 Star place. Even "non smoking" rooms smell of years of tobacco usage. Not very clean..expected more for the money..but overall o.k. The hotel was really dirty, with bugs and ripped blankets. Our bathroom had used soap and moisturizer, with someone´s hair!! The AC was not working and it was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the noise. One of the rooms of my group had a really bad smell of cigars. Not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination! With 100 euros you can find better hotels!. dirty rugs, mould around bath tub,awkward positioning of T.V. you could not watch it from any seat in the room, malfunctioning electrical switch,front desk did not answer call, no plug in bathtub, dirty table......would not recommend hotel unless in dire need of accomodation, reservation said airport shuttle available ...no airport shuttle.....20 min taxi ride from airport in rush hour.
