the staff were very friendly, they helped you with everything. The staff- Tugay was really really nice. He will help you a lot. The breakfast was okay. so close tothe bus terminal. and you don't need to walk uphill to this hotel. The restaurant next to the hotel, according to my opinion, is the best( price,portion,taste,service,atmosphere) fast internet connection. candies/chocolate for guests in the reception.
all reviews » The staff at the hotel was absolutely top-notch. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific. Although it is not a 'real' stone house built within a real cave, it does have cave-like rooms. Additionally, its courtyard structure allows lots of room outdoors for socializing should you be travelling with a group or family. The location is central in Goreme, so it's an easy walk to the local market for food and tours. The hotel is very nice and clean.It has a beautiful restruanrant for breakfast. And after we checked out, the hotel provided us a big luggage room for have a rest. And it also provide shower room to us after checking out. Very good experience. Nor was a beer available in the room's refrigerator, but chocolate and cola were. We do not have any complaints. The only thing I didn´t like (please with all the respect) was the really loud mosque chants at 5.00 a.m., I always woke up in that time. An anti-sound window would be good. no facilities for disabled guests, steps into and around the interior of the hotel. like all the stone hotels, a bit cool and damp. also both airports a bit far from Goreme, so make sure to ask the hotel to arrange pickup especially if arriving late. Nothing. Room being "cave-like" felt a bit damp. I suppose to be expected in a cave! No tissues in the bathroom, if I'm really being picky. Pillows not comfortable. Restaurant for breakfast up 3 flights of steps. The room was a bit warm in summer; a cieling fan should be great. And also a couple of reading lights by the bed, since the available ones are a bit high and dont let one see properly. The lady that clean the room may be was in a bad day, because boths days, the room wasn't cleaned well. Breakfast just ok. Staff helpful but english not great. Tried to cancel one room for last night when we arrived, but were put off and then were charged a penalty when we approached the subject later because we were too late. Believe this was a language problem, but annoying nontheless. front desk person was too pushy selling the tours. plumbing. il fait froid. The bathroom wasn't clean during the whole days. It was dirty.
