The room was quite authentic and cozy; not very spacious but enough to accommodate a young couple. It had a big bathroom with a traditional Turkish bath corner. There was a big terrace in which you can enjoy a nice view of the fairy chimneys around. The location of the hotel was the best as it was 3 mins of walk to the town center. There is no dedicated parking area, yet you can park on the street. The staff were as nice as any hotel staff should be.
all reviews » The room decor was rustic but clean & comfortable - just the right atmosphere for a stay in Goreme. The complimentary continental breakfast was wonderful and very impressive - traditional, delicious, satisfying and varied. Most of the rooms are cave base, we, two girls got a 3 ppls room, clean and quite big.The location of hotel close to the best place to see sunset and sunrise in town. Staffs are helpful and nice. Location was good close to the town center. Bathroom was spacious and the jacuzzi worked just fine. Most of the staff was very good and eager to help. The hotel is built inside canes, very interesting experience. The rooms are comfortable and the staff was very nice. Great location!. The staff is amazing! When booking our room, this website indicates that our room has balcony, whereas at the time of check in, the young manager just shrugged us off by saying that this was incorrect and an error on the website's part. On top of that the manager's attitude was not at all helpful. Apart from this, our stay was very pleasant. Poor breakfast. The breakfast could be a little better. The furniture is a little old. Breakfast quite ordinary in a room that could be charming but is not, no music, no personality. Only after repeated calls would the room heaters be switched on. there was a funny smell in the room and sheets,no showerhead and no electricity in the athroom, pillows were extremely uncomfortable, floor was dirty.
