Staff were generally nice and helpful. Bit pricey for what you get. It has its reputation, but I guess that takes over. Wi-fi connection not too strong. Very clean hotel with great design Big lubby comparing with other hotels same stars rate. Location, facilities. Ive been to many 5 star hotels over the world. And this hotel definitely needs a face-lift. Absolutely not a 5 star hotel. It would make an excellent 3 star, or an average 4 star. The owner needs to work on the place a lot starting from inside-out.
