Perfect for our young family (boys 5 and 7) Staff were great - food as good as you can expect from a buffet Very friendly environment - small-mid size low-rise resort Boys were in the pool / water slides all day We stayed in the King Suite which was essentially a villa on the resort with private pool and hot tub just over the road from the beach. Didn't use these facilities so much since main pool etc was best.
all reviews » Booked this all inclusive resort for my sister, her husband and their 15 year old son! They absolutely enjoyed their their week stay in Mid July 2013. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, Good Food and of variety, plenty of loungers at the pool and the private Beach. Definitely recommend. the stay was really nice. the facilities and specially the food was really awesome. the cocktails was amazing. the staff was really nice. the massage place was also very good. overall a very nice relax vacations where you dont need to leave the resort for anything,. - The housekeepers' towel displays. - The food and drink - The sincere friendliness of all staff members - The willingness to help from staff at reception. - excellent value for money - relaxed feel. Location Beach bar Food. nice and quite, on picture of hotel looks beter kind of disepointed when we get there. I like it the hotel coz of the location. Beach pebble but our boys prefer pool to sea anyway. the bad thing was that everything finished quickly. the cocktails ingridients finished the second day. the breakfast things like chocolate syrups and other stuff finished. the juices finished. and there is no refill in the deserts too. like u need to be quick to get everything before. I think the hotel needs to really look at the inventory management. that was the thing which was extremely bad. - pool was slightly on the cold side and had a few tiles missing. Some of the Facilities in the hotel is not good like billiard table and tennis table. checking out of Jiva :(. no picking up serive from autogar or airport. not so close to town. nothing. I don't like it coz some times the staffe they roud.
