Stayed in the family room. Amazing view of the marina in Fethiye. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Arranged our airport transfer and even had sandwiches prepared for us in the morning since we were leaving before the breakfast. There was a welcome basket of fruit and wine which we enjoyed on the balcony over looking the marina. Amazing stay and would definitely come back. The restaurant on the top floor was great too!.
all reviews » I had a very pleasant experience with this hotel. Hotel is a family hotel. It is newly opened early this year. So all the decoration and equipment are new and well designed. Give you a feeling of home. Very neat and location is great. 2 mins beside the tram station. Stuff is very kind and helpful. Recommend good restaurant for us to try. Even help me to post the letter to a friend of mine in the city!. Short stroll out of the centre of Fethiye, this was a nice haven after a day on a boat cruise or tour to the many places. Breakfast is situated on the rooftop with fabulous views. Breakfast was fresh although most fresh after market day! Room was great, modern and clean. Everything at ur disposal and perfect location on the habourtown. Fethiye has a beautiful charm and the locals are very friendly. the restaurant is a big plus despite the prices. The restaurant team (headed by Ali) is really very friendly and full energy. We have already missed him. Restaurant offers fantastic view on harbour (especially amazing at night). Internet access works well everywhere. The same refers to airconditioning. Hotel owns its private beach. Anyway, it is really worth to be recommended. It was the perfect ending of out holiday. After spending a week travelling around the southwest of beautiful turkey we couldnt have stayed anywhere better. The hotel was really good and it's restaurant on the top floor has an amazing view with food to match. Service was very good too. We loved our room and the view over the marina. We loved the staff who were so pleasant and helpful. We loved the 24 hour bar and being able to sit with a beer when we arrived at 11.30 pm. We loved the Spa. We loved being able to have a room for the day we were due to fly home. I love everything about Alesta- location, friendliness of staff, quality of the hotel. A lovely, more modern hotel with excellent location. Large, clean bathroom. A request for a quiet location was accommodated. We were given a fruit basket and wine on arrival. Only wish we had stayed longer. hotel shall invest more at its private beach, however accepts all non-guests (but why ?). the shuttle bus goes irregularly to the beach, what is annoying ... We didn't particularily enjoy breakfast but this would not put us off staying again. Perhaps we could have been offered a hot alternative such as an omlette or poached eggs. That we only stayed for 12 nights !. we couldn't use the restaurant for dinner twice, once it was reserved for a private party while the sign was in front of the main door inviting to book for dinner buffet, quite disappointing to be misguided there and no alternative offered. Rooms with sea view are noisy (busy road in front of building; glazing is double but does not sound like it); poor breakfast; unfriendly staff at breakfast; symbolic swimming pool (approx 4m by 2.5m); unhelpful staff at the beach area (until the boss came for a visit). WiFi speed very low at times. No towels supplied for private beach. Not being told about the private beach until the last day. Pool a little smaller than expected but still very nice. The twin beds were very tiny. Traffic was disturbing somewhat. The hotel stuff wanted to be helpful but their English was not enough. They don't make good coffee :-) ( important for the morning) . Nothing. The NOISE IS TERRIBLE, the quality of their slide doors is poor where you can hear the noise. This was really unpleasant. Breakfast should be improved. Buffet breakfast was awful in the quality and variety of food available. During breakfast, although 3-4 staff on duty. no-one offers tea,coffee, drinks. We had to go and ask them every time. Minor gripe though. Our dinner in the evening was very poor compared with other places we ate in Fethiye and what you would expect for this luxury hotel. The TV has only Turkish channels. 1 a little expensive 2 small room. All good. Misandurstanding occured about bed type. we requested two separate beds and room had one double They had brought an extra bed into the room which was not very comfortable. Could have better wi-fi. Was in room 113 and being in the corner didnt get enough signal. This should be fixed.
