It was a very very pleasant stay for me. The staff,the hotel itself,the decoration(textiles is my business and even the quality of the fabrics used for the decoration is excellent),the wellness facilities are excellent. I would like to thank specially to the whole staff who has been super gentile and helpful sincerely during all services. I recommend this hotel everyone, especially to whom would like to feel the soul if this historical city. The position is perfect and very esthetic especiall.

(30min walking and 10-15 min driving) - just 5 ,ims to Bursa's biggest park- Kultur park- a must see - great SPA with hot mine. I had stayed many times at this hotel years ago. There was no good operation and quality service except nature hot water spring facilities. But now, I was realy happy to stay at Celik Palas which is one of the oldest hotel not only in Bursa may be in Turkiye. Staff is very professional and helpfull, very confortable and well renovated rooms and good equipped spa and hot spring water section. I will always prefer Celik Palas Hotel in Bursa again. luxury hotel rooms and services. staff helpful and for sure speak English. breakfast fits 5 stars hotel and you can eat outside in the balcony. good location that gives you a good view of the city and kinda near the historical market. (30min walking and 10-15 min driving). I was with mother in this trip for her rehab. She had 2 days spa treatment as a package. The price was pricey, 1 Turkish Hamam, 1 massage 45 min, and caviar facial cost around 600 TL. The hotel has excellent view on Bursa, it's in a very nice area, close to the road to Udulag mountain and not far from downtown (by car). The spa & Turkish Hammam are excellent, we've enjoyed our stay there with the kids. Every thing was perfect starting from the warm welcoming if staff to the large space of room, great view in the balcony and the perfect spa services.. Special thanks to the receptionists Dereyya & Ali. i like every thing there but they should tell us about the pool that they didnt opened until now cos children want the pool to play there but every thing was perfect there i love it very much. Nothing wrong with the hotel. N/A. Bath room a little small, cupboard could be bigger. And they must use two good cotton sheets in the bed and the top bed cover. It is not a spa hotel, it is a massage parlour. %70 of the spa closed space is reserved for massage and after-massage resting beds. And the massage is relatively very expensive in tl. (170TL/hour) There is only 80c sauna and a very small Turkish hamam (which is generally occupied), no steam room, no aromatic steam room, no low heat sauna nor other spa activities, where you can enjoy the thermal water. bathroom and lighting in both room and corridors. The furniture and carpet are wearing out very soon although it the hotel was renewed few years ago but the furniture has lot of wear and tear and the carpet has stains. There is no pool indoors and the one outside is not functioning!. It was March and the hotel tyrn on the heating not the a/c So we have to open the window to feel little cold to sleep but it was v noisy. My favorite TV channels were not available, so I had to go somewhere else to watch them. the access to the VIP building was from out side the building which is not nice in cold weather, aslo there is no proper arrangement for daily tour since you have to go through very expenssive tour egent. Nothing. bathroom could have been cleaner....family hotel-too many out of control kids. Some facilities are not available in the room. Booked a premium room and the location of it was bad, small rooms even I asked them to relocate because the hotel wasn't full , they couldn't help with knowing that it's my first time with family . price is high comparing to facilities provided. With the same price better to stay in divan hotel or almira hotel . Room is very small and my God bathroom is like for the baby no bath tub. The shower place you have to squese your self to get in for the shower. No place evem to put the soap. The weather was very cold no even tea facility in the room. No staff to guide you where is your room you have to find your room by yourself. I rated 6. Can you imagine a hotel without a kettle. I've requested hot water so we can prepare some milk for my infants but they intended to charge me 8 TL but after shoutting and yelling i got it for free. You have to go to the reciption desk to get whatever you want dont dream that u will get it only by calling from your room.
