very nice modern hotel. very clean, rooms are cosy. Huge territory, lots of trees around. Large beach and no problems with the spaces. Pool is normally occupied quickly, but I don't really understand people going for a seaside holiday and spend all time at the poolside. The bed was big and the room and bathroom also, it has his own Wien streets, a lot of restaurants, cinema, very big spa, parking lot and they washed my car, the food was great.

Just to add some criticism - Food in the a la carte restaurants is not really good, except the Chef's restaurant serving Turkish food - Aquapark is outdated and hugely overcrowded, though for Rixos visitors it's free to enter. In one week they didn't change the sheets, a lot of dust in the room, when we arrived we wait in the room our luggage 45 min, the waiters were a disaster. a little bit difficult to get reservations in A La Carte restaurants. The price of the Spa's, Not many too english-speaking workers, air conditioning was fairly bad. nothing. U should book before 2days for restaurants and the food not very good like before. Needs refurbishment, especially tubs at bathrooms. ---expensive room service. customer service quite poor especially at front desk when I was given some unclear info re hotel offers like internet free connection and a-la-cart restaurants. House keeping wasn't up to the hotel standard, limited minibar. To maintain the dinner which is covered by room , you have to go to the business center to reserve by yourself availability which is very diffecult. this kind of service must be by the cusomer services not by the gusets. nothing. Reception officers. could me more clean (both in rooms and outside). Food quality in lunch and dinner needs improvement. Reception staff should be more trained to support customer needs such as in bed preference or modifying free cancellation reservations. Extra services such as water sports, spa and shopping are quite over priced. spa was really bad , employees dont know how to do it. we arenot satisfied with all employees who are working in this area.
