1.Very, very friendly helpful Guest Relations officer. Other staff were also approachable and helpful. 2. availability of mountain bikes and ease in cycling into the hills outside the city. 3.Nice buffet dinners. ( and background piano playing) 4. Indoor pool. 5. View from room windows. 6. Lovely clean rooms. 7. I would be willing to stay there again :-). Stayed two nights in Antalya early September...overall great hotel! Perfect pool and underground tunnel to the beach! We booked a Corner Suite...staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is a little remote from downtown a car is a huge plus. Area has some bars and cafes within walking distance around beach area for a quick bite to eat.
all reviews » We really felt welcome here by all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a junior suite. The hotel felt luxurious, yet homely. The bathroom was very nice, particularly the non-slip shower and wide bath. The bed was lovely and comfortable. We always choose our hotel based on tea and coffee facilities in the room. Women's spa with the view! The room was spacious and beds were comfy and the view of the sea was nice. The staff, especially the bartender were really friendly and helpful. The best part was being so close to the sea but we went during off season so not much was happening along the water. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with great breakfast choices. The staff is very friendly. Would like to specially mention Ms. Anette, the guest relations officer, for her cooperation and guidance through out our stay. The hotel was very clean and the all the staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was nice and the view over the sea was great. The hotel is very near to Dolphin Land and Aqua Land in Antalya where you can had lots of fun. Only the fact that we were based on the ninth floor, and had to convince ourselves that it didn't matter, particularly with the open atrium!. The shower facilities in the women's spa were not working properly and for 2 days there was no soap in the dispenser. Also a closed chaning room with private shower would have been nice. A bit away from the city but easily accessible by bus. We discovered that the beach is actually a stone beach and not a sandy beach as we imagined. The sandy beach was on the other side of the city at Lara beach and not at Konyalti beach. The other thing was the hardness to communicate with Turkish people in the city since the don't speak in any other language except Turkish and they are unfriendly, so try to get the directions and everything before coming to the country or try to get an agent to prepare your sight seeing in the city. The lack of evening activities. wifi system access. Location far from town although fairly easy to go by bus. I don't like that there is No Jacuzzi service for men, just for women at top floor. After first few days i've noticed that sheets and bathrobes weren't changed. Not a big deal and they were changed every day after i've reported it to reception but still. food was not that good as a five star hotel. Breakfast can be relatively cheap only if ordered in the room. Beach is nice but close to the street so you have the noise of the car. 1-No electric adaptor !!!! 2- short time breakfast, it close at 10 O'clock a.m. , come on I came in a holiday it is early. Every thing else was fine. nothing at all. Tv channels are few mostly in turkish,need more english speaking and arabic spealing channels,also business center is left unattended. No private beach. gym was a bit small and hot. The internet is so weak All the services are so expensive. Wifi very poor in room. - Nothing. Location is not very central, however this is offset if you have your own transport, like we did. no food and bevarages are allowed into the hotel which is disturbing!. it is a pit far from the city centre. Turkish bath was not open and water in the outside swimming pool was a bit cold. Not a big deal, could be easily fixed. it is little far from the shopping area. Communication skills of the staff was rather very weak. very very far from city center there is nothing to do after 9 pm. I didnt like the tv channel. far from antalya no nightlife. I didn't realize it was so far from the city center. The costs of the taxis and food really added up. We visited in first week of April. It was a bit hot and the hotel does not have their AC system on. It was quite hot in the night and we had to open the windows to let some air in. Being a five star hotel, they should have their AC system on. Furthermore, there was too much light in the room as the windows did not had proper blackout to stop the sunlight in. I chose this hotel to go to the beach, but the access to the beach was closed!. There was a little bit food smell around lobby.
