Comfort, nice and quite, friendly staff, i had an issue with AC and the came to check it out immediately, it was not totally fixed because it was late at night, however.. staff were friendly. The staff is wonderful, specially the girls of the reception, they are helpful and give some good tips. Thogh the breakfast has a nice variaty, is a bit expensive. The shower is very good.

Friendly staff, Clean Room, quite, near the market, very near to city center. Walk away distance from the hotel for most famous market in Tunis City. Easy to find Taxi. Clean and fresh room with big and nice bathroom! The room was not big, similar to a cabin on a boat. It was near to airport, 10 minutes with taxi. I had the best time in ibis tunis. the stuff is so nice. room clean and very confortable,nice shower and best breakfast. No mini bar in the room, no room service available, i asked to deliver a meal to the room and they said we dont have room service, very limited menu and it was only in french, hello there are people who don't speak french .. this is a hotel..!!. The price could be better.. Beware with the taxi drivers in front of the hotel, they are used to charge 4 or 5 times the right price!. Room service is expensive. Very small room space. Area is so local. The view was not very nice, to a backyard, preferred to have curtains closed. We stayed only one night,before our flight home. This hotel is maybe not for those who want to stay a week in the same hotel during a vacation. well, i dont like smoke and in ibis custumes can smoke in the hall. I know in tunis people smoke every where. In the bar you can not find out any water or drinks. And also the waithress and waiters give your own bill immediately when you are dirinking coffee. That was so irritated for a client in the hotel. And the breakfast prices are not acceptable. Breakfast options. Always you have to pay for your breakfast; it is not included in the room price. The bar. some problems with elevator, only one in use and working is not enough. nil. Lack of some facilities such as mini-bar and room service. Smoking is allowed in the bar and restaurant. no room services it was kind of stubbed. That the breakfast from 4 o'clock am was not available as mentioned in the decription of ther hotel. Nothing. They need to have same better breakfast for foreigner. Not only tomatoes and olives. High price comparing to another 4 stars offering Breakfast. Dinner food quality very bad , and no one care about the complaints, no prayer mate ,not change the bed linen during the stay Staff need training. Too hot in the room and air-conditioning did not work properly. It is advertised that the restaurant is open 24-7 but after 2300 only beer and cans of sodas are served. The food variety. There is no room service. Price for bufet didn"t correspondance for guality and assortments. --Cleanliness of Coffee Shop --Attentiveness of Staff. I have got the room without any chair inside. I have ordered taxi to airport day before my leaving, I have remind reception about my taxi one hour before my leaving, and my taxi WAS LATE 30 MINUTES (reception just called my taxi in moment when it should be there)!!! The breakfast could be better.
