The Sino Inn is a very new modern hotel, absolutely perfect.super nice large rooms with balcony,etc.absolutely nothing missing.very stylish chinese decoration.staff extremely friendly and helpful.would stay there anytime again.the best hotel during our 6 weeks travelling in Thailand/Vietnam. Pretty good. The room is clean and modern. Though it's a small hotel, everything is nice, and the phukct town view is really special after seeing the beach all the time.

New Hotel in Town Town Center. Everything. Location. Cheap price. Good looking, well maintained room. Relatively clean room, and it was cleaned by staff every day. Wifi was stable, and provided a good speed. Hotel located in 10-15 min walk to phuket city historical downtown, and busses hub (busses can get you to most beaches at a very cheap price). Free everyday cooke, and mivina(!). The room was the same like the pics on booking, i liked design, price is excellent, important information!! They provide 50% discount for spa at Sino house hotel if you inform spa you stayed at Sino Inn & your room N, Sino house is 15-20 min by foot from Sino Inn. None. nothing, everything was absolutely perfect. The location is a little bit inconvinience, long walk to centual festival or weekend market... better to rent a moto bike. - it's located next to a restaurant which creates noise until 3 am. - no water heater in bathroom. The staff was not professional and the services quite slow. Front desk and main entrance close after 24:00 midnight . No custmoer services after this timing . The street close to it is mostly dead after midnight . Nothing but if this hotel has rooftop pool - that would be awesome!. Car Parking. It's very noisy, especially at the evening: some insects (and frogs?) getting crazy, and you can hear them; you can hear your neighbours; and most of the all - there is a bar before hotel, they have like live thai music and signer singing every night until, something like 1-2am. Phuket town itself is nothing like tourist-paty place. And taxi to beaches is quite expensive (busses stop to operate at about 5-6 pm). Staff though tries to help doesnt speak english good enough, towels were old, bad location far from everything. None.
