We was staying 1 week room number 1700. Room was 7th floor and facing Soi Buakhao. Nice views from balcony and not noisy. First i was booking 3 nights but when take 4 nights more. Really good value for money. Big room, good bed, great shower, good location. The staffs very friendly and I can find they speak English very clearly (not like in other hotels). Haha! Also the room is big, the bathroom is nice.

Rooms on the pool side have two windows while the one on the street side have only one. spacious modern, daily cleaned rooms,location of hotel. Swimming pool. No deposit required for deposit box. Easy reach to town Front desk staff very helpful and happy. Close to the action. The room is quite big with a balcony. cheap. Thin walls.. you can hear people from next room. Better if they have safety box every room. Now you can find safety boxes down at reception. Its location is pretty damn far from the beach. Tho I got fooled by the map. lol! :/. We heard a very loud noise one night and found in the morning that a long crack had appeared in the bathroom. We had a room facing the street, which was very interesting as we could watch life go by, but it was a bit noisy although we were on 7th floor. safety deposit box in room would be more convient but overall cant fauly for the price. My reservation was cancelled but a friend stop to book somebody else and check my reservation that was cancelled, had to rebook and put a deposit of 1000 Bt. Arrive at 12:30 that night. staff could be more friendly ,more sheet changes would be better. mosquitoes, by pool, stagnet water, and in outside toilets,need to sort out, did nt enjoy being by pool, also need some new sunloungers, old and dirty. Wall isolation not so good. You can hear people next room... and you can guess what they doing Pattaya at night :). thed clean very late. The room steward could be a bit more consistent with his room service. a little far from the sea. No safetybox in the room. Mattress a little bit hard. Only two persons at the reception do a wonderful job here. Price of stay, noise from new hospital construction, workers on hospital looking over pool area. Travelling noise from hollow corridors. Pool area requires updating-new furniture, new tiling. 2 small bars of soap for a 2 week stay ? No coffee or tea facilities in room. Not even a cup or electric jug so I could get my own coffee. Paying with card did not work. Staff tried to charge me 1 extra night Wifi reception was poor. Reception area gets busy at best of times. The service there is not professional, to some extent. When we arrived, the guy took us to an unclear room. We needed to wait for 30' so that they cleaned the room. staff is unfriendly,rude its all about the money for them.
