Well, once we reached at the lobby I was going to take my phone out of pocket to show the reception staff the confirmation e-mail. I realized that I forgot my phone in the taxi who drove us from Bangkok airport from around 90 minutes trip! The reception staff her name was (Dear) helped me a lot she called the airport then the taxi company and the operation till she got the driver's number and he came back the half way from Bangkok to return my phone! I have to admit the staff were soo helpful, .
all reviews » Was nicely surprised with quality, location, and design. Swiming pool at top is briliant. Nice small hotel, not ripping off your budget. British visitors not need to use adapters on mains. Sockets same standard as at home. The roof swimming pool was fancy!!! Friendly staff. They helped us to plan our journey and allowed us to use roof pool after we checked out. Not each reception's english is good, some even can't understand toothbrush. Hotel doesn't provide toothbrush, and when I asked for it, they charged 100B per brush, which is ridiculous. Very small room, high humidity in the room, ants in the bathroom, bar close after 8 p. m. ( no chanse to eat or drink in the hotel), bad chois for the breakfast, no green tea at all. one reception girl who was on duty in June 9 th, 2013 morning at 7 am. is not service in mind. only one restaurant & that too closes at 8 P.M. no iron & iron board available. no house keeping after 4 P.M. Location is far from Panglaa road or the walk way , stuff was mode and some of them ignoring u in the pool bar , we ask for smoking room but when we arrive the only area u can smoke was balcony.
