Nice breakfast. Food price is reasonable, staff is friendly. Convenient location. It's cheap there ,very quiet. location. Nothing, It was not the hotel I saw on the web page, or I would not of booked. The reception stuff seemed to have a habit of being tired of customers. Stuffy room air. A little far from the beach and walking street.

By Bus:

You can take a bus from Bangkok to Pattaya. Buses with or without air-condition are available from 06:30 to 21:00 at Bangkok’s Eastern Bus Terminal (on Sukumvit Road Soi 63) and Northern Bus Terminal. The buses depart every 30 minutes and takes about 2 hours to reach Pattaya.

When you reach Pattaya, hire a minibus, which will take you to the hotel.
