Everything was so easy because the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were given amazing day trip deals, our food was delicious (especially our Thai dishes) and the location of the breakfast bar (on the beach) was perfect! The resort décor wasn't quite as 'swish' as some places but our room was always clean, cool and comfortable and we loved the huge shower. The entertainment was fun and encouraged us to intermingle with other guests. The location was great because it's a short trip to shop.

Great for family's free shuttle bus into patong! Winning. PS do not get scared when you drive to the hotel and see tri trang multi colour building! It looks horrible but that's a different building!. This is the best Hotel I've ever been to. View is perfect... The break fast is directly on the hotel's private beach. The room is awesome, with a modern furniture and simple interior design. The best thing is the view, specially if you ask for a see view "superior"room... if i would come to Phuket again definitely will stay their. Very happy within? the staff, accomodations an services. Would highly recommened this resort. The location is very near Patong but has it's own private beach away from the crowds. Restaurant food was great with a great bar on the beach. The hotel is located not far from Patong beach, yet it's not too noisy or overcrowded. It's a quieter place for relaxation with Patong nightlife still a possibility. Our room was always kept perfectly clean and tidy. The location was great if you want to be away from patong beach hustle. 10 minutes drive in the hotel shuttle and you will be in the middle of Patong beach. Direct beach access, considered as private for the hotel. this is second time i stay in this hotel and i will definitely stay there again. The private beach was very nice , there was 2 swimming pool, the sea room view was beautiful . the buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel have a private beach with lots of beach umbrellas which was really convenient if you're searching for laid backs days on the beach. The swimming pool, although not too big, was really clean. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good everyday. Enjoyed the beach area and the views sitting at the bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is limied with choices. the hotel is lil bit far from the patong , they have free bus to patong 3 times but not after 6 pm. The room was minimalist, although it was clean, big, and my room have a nice balcony with sea view. Sometimes the language barrier was problematic understanding things correct. Only one key for double room. Pool towel pick-up/return arrangements inconvenient. Same breakfast every day could do with a bit more variety. Need bus all 3 hours ,not only 3 time of day. The hotel had a maintenance during september month and they didnot inform that on the booking site. Beach fenced off by long high ugly sheet metal fence along high tide mark towards private land, so all trees incl coconut palms are separated from sand strip. Getting a little old. flys on beach. No wifi in the room, I cant contact anyone from my room. It is described as being in the patong area, it is not. The shuttle bus from the hotel ran 3 times a day, the latest returning at 6:30pm leaving no choice but to pay extortionate taxi prices back to the hotel after dinners out in Patong. Reception staff were rude on arrival and not very helpful!. No slippers in the room, no comb. Really not convience go to patong for family with kids. It takes too much for taking tuktuk or taxi. The hotel was far from the city and downtown, The staff was little rude and didn't talk English, Same breakfast everyday, The hotel overall wasn't clean and there were some insects. To many Russians. location is too far from patong we could not get any mini van to take us to the airport we had to go to patong where we booked for the van to pick us up. No wifi in the rooms. Staff didn't speak English and were fairly unhelpful. The Room was very tired and fairly clean. We booked a taxi from the airport and they forgot to pick us up. Booked taxi at 6am to leave and also they forgot to book it. Seat belts didn't work in the hotel taxi. The room key never worked. Breakfast cold and boring same every day. Shop only opened once while there. Didnt like at all. No elevators, have to effort to reach beach, dining room. No twin bed rooms available. very far from patong beach, have to get a taxi which normally takes 300 bath. Toilets not up to the four star standards. A bit out of town and the shuttle bus only runs 3 times/day so you have to catch taxis. The service staff on the desk were really rude. We asked to stay another night and they told us 2700 thb. We came back 5 mins later to confirm we would stay and they told us 3000 thb. Its not a lot of money but they were rude and denied telling us it was 2700, then called the other manager who abused me in Thainglish over the phone. A good hotel but the service was disgusting, a real let down.. Staffs are not good. I have lost 500 th which they suppost to returned. The staff is very bad! Manager have very bad education and not respect customers. And he give another room that u booking, and say u need pay charge for another one. The manager is a thief. Take away more money from people's in reception to give the room. I not recommend this hotel, is a fraud across. I forget the foods is old, them reverse the milk to bottle and use again and again.. We see it!!! Very bad service and ship staff. everything, waist of your money. Everything.
