The room was very clean. The location is around 10 minutes of walking to bangla road. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak english very well. There are a lot of halal restaurants near the hotel. 5 minutes of walking to Patong Beach. Easy to get public transport and easy to rent motorbike. I will definitely come back to this hotel. 3 minute walk to beach, many restaurants nearby. We paid to taxi from Airport to this hotel 800 bhats and from this hotel to rassada pier (to go to phi phi island) 400 bhats. Good location and at 500 bhats per day this hotel is recommended. This hotel is just opposite holiday inn resort. Must try banana pan cake near this hotel.
all reviews » The staff were friendly and they were flexible as to when the rooms were serviced (rooms were serviced when keys were left at the counter when we went out). The staff also help with wake up calls and organised airport transfers for us. Room is very nice, value for money. The hotel is located right in the centre, once you step out of the door, you hit the party. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Its near the center, but not right in the most movimented part of town. Free coffee and tea everyday in the room. Clean and nice room, withh safe deposit box. The waiters are very nice and friendly.It's convinience to get to the patong beach,Simon cabaret and restaurants.It's a good place to stay in patong beach. There is no lift at this hotel. No lift, no boy for carrying luggage to up stairs. We booked twin bed but not given. No breakfast. The description of utilities is not fully accurate. We were expecting a LCD TV but had an old CRT TV. Also we did not have a hair dyer and ironing board although a hair dryer was provided once we asked for it. Noisy in the night. Slow internet. The shower was bad, alternating between freesing cold and magma hot very fast and independent of human order. Even so, its a very nice and safe place to stay in patong for the price. Nothing. Nothing. you can hear everything in the hall or stairs. Room is a little dark. If u want late check out, u should pay 100Thb per hour. The price is little bit expensive at CNY period. Our flight was at night..at first the staff promised to gv us one room to stay and checkout late(we booked 3 rooms)..but at the end we have to paid 500b coz stayed till 6pm..there were some misunderstand somewhere..but it was ok coz the room was nice and clean and spacious for low value. Horrible smell of moth balls. The only thing i can complain is the elevator .. the bulding has 5 levels without elevator. a cleaner lady was a little bit proud and noisy at the reception, other staff are very very nice.有一位清洁工女士有点儿凶和不耐烦，还在前台看电脑放音乐，吵到我们2楼。其他员工都很棒！. Room is very small, furniture is old, refrigerator only made a noise but didn't freeze at all. Additionally, it's very loud inside as there are always some people bypass lobby and go upstairs / downstairs, and room door is like transparent for sound. We had people talking loud at 3am at night, then 5 am again. No one from hotel stuff stopped them even when they started smoking. Bit noisy, service are just so so. No breakfast: not hygiene: no lift. Very poor hotel can't be even 2 stars. It was a building site....Hammering and cranes going all the time. The staff need to learn more English...or at least try..would not stay here again..
