I loved the location as I felt that the hotel was surrounded by mountains. I loved the room as it came with an outdoor Jacuzzi and a spacious balcony. We took the normal/basic room and it was really spacious as it came with a kitchen, two compartments, the living and bedroom with television for each which means two televisions! There were two toilets, one is for personal use and the other which is an open concept came together with a shower room and a bath tub. Both the restaurant and swimming .
all reviews » Travelled with 3 friends, all 21 years old. Great place to stay, definitely not a party hotel/resort which is a positive in my opinion... Beautiful villas, we stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa which is the most expensive but worth every penny. Its not in the heart of patong, taking about 5 minuts by taxi/tuktuk/motorbike but patong district is disgusting so its good being set away abit! Hotel staff are lovely. The hotel is just mind blowing from every aspect, the hotel design is fascinating, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities are truly 5 stars, I would definitely recommend this hotel for all regardless the purpose of your visit to phuket especially if you're looking for a get away place alone or with your family. Too much green all around... Jacuzzi in balcony was marvellous.. Staff very helpful... Breakfast was the best with alot of varities for all tastes... Out of the noise of patong beach. Was very quite... View of the green mountains when you set on your own jaccuzi and the view of patong beach sea... Worth the money you will pay for. The hotel was excellent. The rooms with the spa on the balcony were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good. We only ordered the local Thai food and every dish we ordered we loved. The hotel is out of town but for suited our needs perfectly. I would certainly stay here again. Beautiful hotel with water fountains every where making it very relaxing. Rooms are large and beds very comfortable. Each room has a jacuzzi so made it very convenient for the kids. Good breakfast each morning. An hourly shuttle to and from Parong beach. Love the fact that our room was ready at 10am from our flight from singapore. The room was extremely clean and the Jacuzzi was awesome after a hard day of walking around patong. The room service was perfect and all the food we had there was amazing. Away from the crowd and mess of Patong beach this hotel/villa park is a relief , just 20 min from it all. The staff is very helpfull, everything is super arranged. Breakfast was very good with special egg station and lots of healthy fruit/muesli. All the staffs are very nice, friendly and kind. The room is really clean, confortable bed whitch I could sleep very well. And the balcony is nice, really relax with a private pool. I definitely will choose this hotel again! Thank you so much!. You can also feed the fish in the hotel lobby. The restaurant offers nice meals. Nice hotel, when i checked-in to this hotel, the reception offer me an upgrade which they gave me suit room and they didn't show me any reason for this upgrade. the staff is super friendly hotel is clean, nice restaurant. Liked the fact that it was away from the crowds and reasonably peaceful, (not the hotels fault if you have noisy people in the next room coming in late on several nights and blasting music). My room was on the first floor so it became too quiet and dark towards the end of the day but the rooms on the upper level seemed to be more lively and brightly lit. Jacuzzi had insects when we arrived but can't blame anyone since it is outdoor based. Nothing at all I didn't like about this hotel. Location from patong beach just 15 min by free shuttle bus of the hotel... But bus is every 1 hour... And to take a taxi cost is 300 baht... Resturants price is very expensive have to improve price and quality as we have to pay 470 baht for small pizza without any drink for dinner time after our arrival from airport. Bus service should be extended night time till 11 pm instead of 8 pm as we have to pay 300 baht for taxi from jungcylon to sea pearl which is 10 min distance by car... There was nothing to complain about. The rooms were spotless everyone has a smile and very welcoming. There have been previous comments about reception staff being rude, we did not encounter this once. The location even though it is relaxing but being on the hill makes it impossible to safely walk down to the beach. When not using the shuttle which stops service at 8pm, transportation to and from the hotel is costly (300THB). Not that i didnt like it as it was very quiet at the hotel during the day as it is a bit out of patong (only 2 kms) but people that want to walk out of the hotel and onto the main drag might be a bit far for you. However there is free shuttles to and from the hotel to Patong Centre all day everyday. The waitress in the Alpha Bar didnt understand what we were saying (english) However it was still low season and she had probably only just started working there. The hotel is a bit far from Patong beach and from busy area's, and you need to take a taxi to arrive to Patong beach in 10 minutes, but the location of this hotel is still fine because they offer their guests a free shuffle (bus) from the hotel to Ratuthit Songroipi road at Patong, in the busy area, exactly every 1 hour. We personally found it difficult to communicate with some of the staff, although they tried their very best to accommodate us. Our outdoor Jacuzzi was always filled with insects, so a waste of time having it from our point of view. staff don't speak English well . Shuttle ends early. Tuck tuck 250 baht to come back later than 8. Non .. Because whatever u want you'll have it and find it .. Nothing. At the hill side. A bit inconvenient sourcing food. Language barrier as most staff had very poor english, location was a bit far from the beach but taxis are available at the main gate, could use more options for breakfast. The tours organized by the hotel was so expensive while u can find the same ones in the city much cheaper. The house keeping was average u need to tell them what to do. firm matrass. It was very quite but people were placed right next to us, we could hear every word they were saying from inside our room and was probably the same for them. We were next to a garden and the staff made one hell off a noice every morning around 6:00 - 6:30, so there was no way you could have asleep in. Our balcony could be over looked by anyone that was dining in the restaurant which was a slight invasion of our privacy. Before staying we knew the rooms had jaquzzis/hot tub so was really looking forward to using it. We found it wasn't a hot tub at all it was actually cold, was really disappointed. We called reception to be told it can not be heated. The time of the year.the other guests were very unfriendly and rude to the staff. I noticed on my arrival I was kept at the reception while all the formalities were being made, yet watched other people arriving and they were seated with a welcoming drink etc and given a five star welcome. Felt that this should have been accorded to me and took it personally. The room was a little far from the loopy only. Nothing.. i had ordred for room service dinner and it took them 2 days to pick up the dirty plates even though i had put te sign on the door to please make up my room !!. Staff at the pool were playing rap music with foul language lyrics..which was a bit tasteless and inconsiderate to respectable guests. Rooms can be cleaner Smelly corridor leading to the room. They only allow you to take the hotel taxi which charge double. Not allowed to bring gussets unless you pay. When asked for room service, he wouldn't give me the tray until I sign. Like he I'm gonna run away. The staf need more training No play yard for children No late buss to the downtown or to the beach. Cold water for the spas but weather was good so didn't matter. a security deposit demanded at check in, even though my booking said no deposit required. Nothing at all.
