Very Clean. good. nice staff very helpfully - hotel is ok for short time standing... - for patong is quiet -. We could have a temporary room until 16h (instead of 12h) for a late checkout without having to pay extra. Although the hotel is far from the sea, you could see the sea from our room (poolview room) - however, we couldn't see the pool... :-). It is situated away from the ugly, noisy part of Patong, but not too fartoo walk to the beach. Decent breakfast, good bathroom, quiet. Staffwere very polite and helpful.
