My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The hotel is located 2 mins from Bangla road so youre close but dont have all the noise at night. And 5 minutes walk to patong beach. The staff was always friendly and the rooms were properly cleaned every morning. They also provide beach towels which was great! We arrived by scooter and there was free parking which was perfect for us. I recommend this hotel!.
all reviews » Staff were lovely and lady on reception spoke excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble, arranging transport to phi phi and airport. Great location , nightlife on your doorstep, hotel set back from main drag so a peaceful nights sleep was had, rooms cleaned everyday. Nothing to fault. Would definately stay again and recommend it to anyone. Truly near center of Patong beach, it takes 3 minutes walking to Bangla road & enjoy the life. Stayed for 3 days, in the heart of Patong, conveniently, kettle in the room is well towels changed the staff is friendly. For the money this hotel is what it is ! It's a clean basic room in the centre of town. The price is cheap if one in on a low budget trip... The room is clean and very basic. My friend's phone was not able to find the wifi network. But it worked perfectly on my iphone the entire time.. That was the only minor problem!. -Shower pressure wasn't good -mosquitoes bites :s. The Mosquitos in the room , you need to Bring with you Mosquitos killer !!. Patong Beach is overcrowded, dirty and people are trying to sell you things every 30 seconds. Its a bit like Bangkok at the seaside. Would recommend avoiding Patong and going to a nicer beach, Karon beach is 10 mins south and has a better mixture of things, beach is still dirty but a bit less so. If you do go to Patong though, stay at the Hacienda!. Mosquito. Bring repellent. Nothing much really. very noisy because of surrounding bars. A little noisy with new bars being built. no. No proper wardrobe. No air-cond, though fan is available. the furniture is old, needs repair,. The shower was horrible... The shower pressure was as if it was off really!.
