The staff in this hotel are amazing! Probably one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in, extremely helpful with any requests you have and arranged tours/tickets for the cheapest price around. Good location, not too far from the nighlife but far enough to get some peace at night. Stone throw away from main shopping centre. Great hotel. Amazingly cheap, towels changed daily, room cleaned daily. Great italian coffee in lobby.
all reviews » It is a great pleace to stay for a few days or the complete staying. Confortable, simple and has very good relation between price and service. I totally recomend this hiotel to visit Patong Beach at Phuket. The room 502 at the 5th floor has a safe box that gives you a sense of security. Highly, super-recomendable!. The Amici is excellent value for money and a central location in Patong. Clean room, friendly staff, and nice cafe food. Free internet is also nice. Quiet, relaxed small hotel which suited me as a solo traveller. Overall I was happy. Absolutely friendly staffs, they were always welcoming us, and the location is also fantastic. it's little bit far from Patong beach though, the main department store and market is very near. perfect location - away from the busy streets but close enough to many facilities, reception were always smiling and were very helpful, rooms were clean and great value for the price. excellent staff,very clean,close to shopping mall, very mode con, walking distance to beach,easy to find, overall excellent budget hotel and good value of money. Close to patong beach. If your room is facing the back, its a bit of a rubbish tip out the back, then again most of Patong is. Sometimes the noisy chickens can wake you up early in the morning - not the hotels fault I suppose. There is a smell at the front desk area. Awfull smell like a drain or something like that. When we went to our room at the fifth floor that deasepeared. Besides that, the lock at the door from the outside doesn't seems to be highly secure, though nothing wrong happened. Iron and ironing board, kettle, DVD player would be nice additions to room. the room was not bad, but it is just worthy that price. when we arrived there, AC didn't work properly. you have to leave keys at reception each time you go out. Wifi couldn't connect but staff were helpful gave us another code. The bed sheets didn't get changed in our 4 night stay. But apart from that it was great. The bath room shower water too slows and not strong enough. i had to go home. Location from the beach- you have to walk through construction to get to beach which is about 3 main roads away- 15 min walk. The charge. They don't give complimentary water too. 1. We had 3 times black out in our room during our stay from 21 until 28 June 2013. Very inconvenience. 2. Only 1 staff can speak good english. 3. It's rather far from beach if we walk. 4. The restaurant does not provide asian food (fried rice/porridge/noodle) for breakfast and it opens late. The room is much more older thn it looks in the picture..
